cabin Nick watched Annie leave and ruffled Sammy's hair, "Nice one, genius. Sammy's jealous that I like Annie. I suppose your sister is uncomfortable with Sammy's feelings. Sam...keep it to a minimum...this isn't a game here. This is my future you're playing with. I like Annie...and I'm not taking no for an answer with her." Sammy clutched at her shirt over her heart, "It hurts sometimes...to see you looking for a mate already." Straightening, Nick rolled his shoulders and set his hands on his hips, "Already? Sammy...I waited four entire mating seasons because you said those girls weren't good enough for me and I agreed to play along with your infatuation. It's time, Sam. Even guys like me get impatient." Ikuto listened and took in her hypotheticals. Why did that sound like... Shaking himself internally, he still felt the heat of Rosh's gaze boring into his back. "You take it quite lightly...Rosh's obvious attraction towards you. I wouldn't be so careless as to be alone with him. I understand you probably have had plenty of experience with troublesome males...but Rosh is Kazuya's Beta...and he has a brick for a brain. It's like dealing with drying cement...once something is stuck in there...it's impossible to get it out. Drop a beautiful flower into cement...and you're not going to get it back without getting it covered in something that will destroy it." Why was he warning her away from him? It wasn't like himself to be so involved...or even try to be involved. Protecting this woman wasn't what Kazuya had ordered of him...his only job was to keep Utau, Sammy, Nick and the rest of the pack safe. Taking a step away from her, he bent at the waist in a formal bow, "Thank you for hosting us. It was a delicious meal you made for us. Hopefully, I can repay the favor someday. Again...thank you...Serena." He'd been careful not to address her by name before...now he was just being careless. Church Nina shoved open the hidden door and found Suzaku lying on the ground,bleeding, and Seth Balmore panting on the stairs like a starving puppy. Drawing her blade from a pocket in her dress, Nina snarled, fangs and all at Seth, "Balmore! What have you done to Suzaku!?" Seth wearily blinked, trying to remove the haze from his gaze, "Nothing...nothing at all."
Kiel muffled his laughter with a hand across his mouth and Penny shot him a glare, "It's not funny... Schuyler...I don't think it's right to wear one of your brother's shirts. I'm okay as I am. The blood didn't bother me...and I'm fine like this. It's not very cold in here so I doubt I'll catch a cold. Back me up, Tori!" Waving off Schuyler and her stack of shirts, Penny jerked his thumb over to the drawn curtain, "That old guy...Angeal has been over there for quite a while. There's been some cursing and a hell of a lot of fixing noises. What's he doing?" Kiel peeked around the curtain and spotted Angeal working feverently on something metal. "Just looks like he's fixing a machine...probably for Professor Logos." Ren slipped into an uneasy sleep. He couldn't roll over since his shoulder was shattered and dislocated. It pulsed with pain with every breath. His dreams were clouded with a heavy fog, but despite that he could make out the familiarity of the dining hall of the Academy. "You shouldn't be here, dear." It was like a dream...though it was a dream. A smile spread across his lips as he walked through the heavy fog towards the woman with black hair. Her blue eyes were incredibly bright in the darkness. "Yuukki! You're here..." She held up a hand as if to stop him from coming closer, "Please...don't come here. You know I cannot stop you...but..." Ren watched her form be swallowed by fog and suddenly the entire room was clear of it. She stood before him in a dark blue old fashioned dress and a hat in her hand. "So this is what it feels like...it hurts sometimes." His smile disappeared, he remembered this moment. It was...such a long time before he'd even met Kaila. The school was just being built. She held out her hand for him, "I'm so sorry. I never meant... Will you come with me, Raphael?" That's right...she knew him as Raphael. "Where are we going?" taking her hand, he barely felt any substance there at all...re-confirming it was only a dream. Where had she taken him that day...? "You know where. I want to tell you something...something...I've kept a secret for a long time." Time moved in a slight blur and he found himself walking behind her down the staircase that led to the underground room that Uriel had built to converse with them in secret. It was also a panic room for them to put the students. They stopped halfway and she turned to him, her blue eyes pure black. "Sometimes...you aren't meant to know the future." His eyes widened, fear tightened in his belly as she touched his chest. Ice speared through him, clutching at his heart like icy fingers, and she shoved him off the stairs into the endless black abyss. His wings...they wouldn't move...his magic...wouldn't come. Nothing...but endless darkness inside and outside of him. Genesis shrugged, "I don't know...but she's freaking me out. C'mon...lets get you back to my room. Unless...you want to go back to that party with Tori and Schuyler."

Xemnas closed his eyes, "That's enough questions, Even. Xion will not be participating in missions with Axel and Roxas. She works alone once she wakes up. Having more than one Keyblade user collecting hearts in different worlds is benefitial to us than having them together...one wasting time." He thought about earlier...the training session had ended badly for two members. If they couldn't cut it...it was better that they faded. "Gexln...and Xixili...have faded away. We have no use for weak members. Of course...their passing happened a while ago...." he didn't mention that it was by Xue's delicate hands that they died. Xigbar dodged a blast wave from the Heartless he was fighting. How dredful...if he didn't make it over to the kid in time...he wouldn't make-- Seems he had too much faith in the boy. Jaxan ended impailed by the Heartless and cast aside to fade in the corner. Xigbar spat on the ground and combined his weapons, "Time for the finale! Sorry, pal, but you're much too dangerous to let roam around until a Keyblade kid gets here. Maybe when you come back, that little runt will take care of you for me." Grinning at the memory of Sora's defiant expression, he shot a homing bullet at it and pinned it to the side of a grave.

sure. I think we'll start today... Kain planted his spear into the ground beside him and surveyed the area. At least with the wide open plain he wouldn't have to worry about attacks. Turning to his team, he signaled for them to keep moving. Once they'd turned around the corner he shook off his helmet and breathed in the cool air. "If only everyday could be this peaceful." Zack cut through another layer of manikins and grinned at his comrades, "Alright, another one down! Onward!" Running forwards, Zack slammed his boot into the face of another manikin resembling Lightning. "Yeah!" Twirling his sword and latching it on his back, he smacked his fist into his palm. "So who's up for another round!" Decked out in her new armor Lightning set her hands on her hips and glared at Zack. "This isn't a game, Zack. We need to focus. Let's just keep moving and try not to mess this up and get us killed." Zack pouted as he followed her, but refused to argue with his leading officer. "C'mon...let's move, we're lagging behind Kain." As she ran, her white feather train attatched to her hip fluttered behind her. ooc: I'll post as the bad guys later. Pick whichever team you guys want or make your own.

Kiel nodded slowly, "Yeah...okay." He couldn't shake the memory of the brand on Genesis. What could it mean? Bannannach...an odd name if that's what it was. Could it be like the scars on his back spelling Kyrios' pet? Was Bannannach apart of the Dark Court and had some hold over him? The placement didn't seem like it was voluntary...and who'd want to get branded anyway? Genesis stared awkwardly at the Professor, "Did...something happen to you, Professor? I don't...why'd you hug me? So awkward..." Despite his words, he latched onto Giselle's arm as if he were escorting a prisoner, and walked towards the school.
Xemnas cast a harsh glare at Vexen. Once again the academic was getting on his nerves. Ever so much patience was required when dealing with him. "No...Raoxthu is not to enter Castle Oblivion. Once Xion wakes up...he will assist her in heart collection as we assist Roxas." He tapped his fingers on the armrest of his chair, "His next mission will be with Xue.... You will not interfere." Roxas' keyblade slashed through the orb and it shattered into thousands of pieces. Through it, a large crystaline heart floated up towards the sky...disappearing into a small dark corridor. "Alright! Nice job, Roxas. I'm so glad that's done...that could've turned nasty in a few more seconds." He grinned and let go of his weapons, letting them disappear into the darkness. "Now...time for that ice cream, right?" The heart had disappeared and the Heartless she'd summoned was starting to fade away... Almost desperate, Xue grabbed the shard of whatever was flickering around in the darkness. Being thrust out of the realm of darkness was never pleasant...it always wanted to leave a goodbye present. Landing on the ground where the Heartless had once been floating, she pulled up her hood again to cover her face and staggered a bit to regain herself. "Mission success...it's time to return home isn't it. Xaldin...please give this to our Superior." she held out her hand to him and inside it hovered the glittering shard of pure white with emerald glints. It looked like piece of a mirror, but as soon as she opened her hand and spoke, the shard floated towards him, hovering in the air. "Axel...take me home...I haven't...the energy." as soon as she finished speaking, her legs gave out, folding beneath her as she collapsed on the ground. Her head hit the ground hard and Axel hurried to her side, gently picking her up. "Alright...Roxas I'll be right back."
