I really love your poetry. They have such strong lyrics, and I feel like I can relate to them at some point of my life, even now.

I just got one for the heck of it, I've never used it, so I have no opinion on it.

I just lay down, and use my imagination to make up a story or something, and at some point I fall asleep. I guess it works something like a bedtime story.
