I totally would want it in English, I'm just dying to play it, and to hear the English voices for Larxene, Zexion, Lexaeus, Vexen, and Marluxia. If it puts the other games on hold, that's alright. Seeing this game in English would totally make it worth it, for me anyway. XD However, if the 358/2 Days has voices for the rest of the Organization members...well, then this won't be as important...although I would totally miss not hearing some of the cool RE:CoM scenes in English...

Basically what rikurep said. The rest are just Somebodies from elsewhere, who lost their heart, thus, turned into Nobodies.

Is this purely for KHII? If so, it'd be Namine's line of "Believe in yourself," to Kairi, since I found it interesting how she was like, practically telling Kairi that she was her Nobody. If this includes the other installments, my fav would be Larxene's scene when she was mocking Namine, while speaking to Sora, saying, "Oh, Sora, how could you forget me?"
Yes, Ansem is tough, and basically everything Repliku had said. XD The fact that he tried to make up for his wrongs makes him quite honorable, despite anything he did out of vengence. Although, as Dinesty said, I do believe Sora has the strongest heart out of everyone else in KH...maybe except for Kairi, since she is the Princess of Light...but as Dinesty said, Sora never succumbed to the darkness, always finding the path of light. However, it's still quite clear that Ansem has a strong heart, but the most enduring one is Sora...while the purest, would be Kairi's. lol
Exactly what Soushirei said. lol Ironically, I only bought the wii for the Super Smash Bros. Brawl myself...but anyway, with the PSP, at least you can also be prepared to buy any other game you might want on it.

Namine clicked her tongue in annoyance. The two had gotten away... "Kairi..." she murmured, sighing.
Summoning another link of chains to her other hand, she swirled it out towards Xigbar, wrapping it around his wrist and yanking it back, while keepin one eye on Xemnas. "Anything else, Xemnas?" she said, anger lacing her tone of voice.
Suddenly a chain whips out from the darkness, coiling itself around Xemnas's neck. "Don't you dare place a finger on her," Namine's cold voice came from behind him. "If you do...I will kill you..."
Ahh...I'm still lost on that RPG. XD So Kairi did not give Namine light...so she can pop in anywhere? lol
