1. The person who pmed the other person is an idiot. 2. Staff would know it is the same person due to the IP address which now that I think about it... what would staff do if siblings using the same IP address joined KHV and one of them got banned? 3. Yes you could say that withholding information would facilitate the return of the member but that once again is assuming the person knew it was wrong.

Major updates today as members of 2ch have recieved copies of Pokemon Black 2 and White 2. Serebii has posted many of the new features in the game. So we got the release dates for the game in America and Europe. US is on October 7th and Europe is on October 12th. Suck it Europe.
