uh yea
True that. Hell, some people have already modded Dissidia to have KH characters (although, all they did was change some characters' skins).
The word "****" to lesbians is like the word "cracker" to white people. It's supposed to be offensive, but no one's offended by it. You'll be fine, yo.
But...it is. Or rather, it did. I go to school at Buffalo, NY and I got to see it. They also had one or two showings in the city last weekend, too. It's not a wide release, but only a few theaters in almost every state play it at selected times.

The following in the spoilers tag aren't actual spoilers, but instead audience observations. Spoiler And the crowd seemed more or less normal. Not too many neckbeards, a few Asian people speaking what I presumed was Japanese, a cute girl wearing a jeans jacket with the word "Madoka" spray-painted on it and many other people who didn't quite catch my attention. And then there was one guy. A balding, middle-aged man with a beer-belly wearing a t-shirt tucked into a pair of dress pants. He sat with a woman much older than him, whom I assumed was his mother. He, unfortunately, struck me as the stereotypical hikikomori. Does it make me wrong to assume that? Does it make me wrong to think that he's maladjusted and assume that he lives at home with his mother? Anyway, did anyone go out to see the movie in theatres? What did you guys think of the movie? Think there's possibility of another movie? Think this is gonna win an Oscar (it has been submitted, afterall)? Also, dat plot twist.
Or rather, Link Styles vs. Spirit Links. What did you guys like better? Sora's Spirit Links where he gets an opportunity to deal high damage with invincibility? Or Riku's Link Styles where he gets different attack abilities?
This is my process. "Excuse me miss, do you know what time it is?" "Oh, it's [insert time here]" "Oh, I don't care. I just thought you were cute and wanted to talk to you." She giggles, thanks me, we continue to talk about random **** until we part ways, I ask for her number. Bing bang boom. Flawless victory. Spoiler Also, you kinda shot yourself in the foot by letting her know that you're irresponsible. No girl wants a manchild.
That's true, especially when you consider that we haven't seen the accessory system since KH2. Perhaps they're trying to do that to make it more accessible to the younger audience?
Preeeeeacccch. A more customizable KH experience would be nice. Something on the level of customization of BBS, but even more so. Being able to mold Sora into several types of unofficial "classes" or play-styles would be nice and rather refreshing. Being able to switch between a power-heavy Sora, a magic-heavy Sora (more mp and less mp cool-down time), a quick-paced and flowmotion-centric Sora (fast attacks, mostly revolving around flowmotion), or any mix of the three would be sweet. And not necessarily in the shape of drive forms, but instead, possibly commands that raise your stats in either of the three directions, and when you max out that command, you keep the stats for good (sorta like the ability system in BBS). For example, let's say Sora has Strike Raid as a command, and it gives you +2 speed (for the flowmotion-centric Sora) as long as you have it installed, but when you max out the command, you get to keep those stats. Does that make sense? Spoiler Goddamn, I should work for Square.
Much obliged!
Damn it, Disney. That would've been godly.
Where did you hear this?[DOUBLEPOST=1385689336][/DOUBLEPOST] Well, KH originally was supposed to just be FF + Disney + original characters, but, lo and behold, we see The World Ends With You characters in KH3D. So, I personally wouldn't have been surprised if they tacked in Sora and/or Riku as bonus characters. It's all Square Enix games, after all. Exactly what content are you talking about? To make a fighting game, all you really need is fighters (and maybe a tacked on storyline for Arcade mode) and the KH series has a lot of that. Sora (maybe Sora's different drive forms can count as different characters too?), Riku, Ven, Terra, Aqua, ALL OF ORGANIZATION XIII, the Xehanorts (Master Xehanort, Xehanort's heartless, Terranort), etc. The last dissidia had 28 characters, and I just listed 21 original KH characters. So, if character count isn't an issue, then I don't see what the issue is. Yeah, and most of the FF games were already ported to the DS/PSP, are about to get an HD remake (FF X) or are for sale on PSN, and are therefore still in recent memory. Hell, the last FFXIII sequal came out last year, and Lightning is in the game. Plus, why does it matter if some of the games were released recently or not? It's a game for fans, and it's to hold us over till KH3. Additionally, they would probably get a lot of money for it if they release it multi-platform (both last gen and current gen), and it probably wouldn't take that long (the "story" that it has doesn't even have to be canon, like in FF: Dissidia).
Thanks in advance. :v
Which boss are we talking about here?
We all know that Final Fantasy Dissidia was a great service to fans with a surprising lack of Kingdom Hearts characters. Now, with KH3 on the way (with a release of about 2-3 years from now), as well as KH 2.5 coming in the following year, that still leaves a huge time gap between KH 2.5 and KH3. In this amount of time, Square Enix could easily release a Dissidia-esque Kingdom Hearts game where you can play as any character in the KH universe and face off against each other. Do you think this is likely? What system would you want it for? Should only original KH characters be playable, or should FF and Disney characters in the series be playble as well? Should the battle system be similar to FF: Dissidia? Should the story of this game be canon? Should there even be a story mode in this game? Should there be a multiplayer game mode?
True. Sacrificial suicide is considered honorable in Japan (see: seppuku) even in this modern age. For example, let's say a man has accrued a copious amount of debt for his family and wants to get them out of debt. So, he kills himself so that his family gets the insurance money & gets out of debt. A suicide like this isn't necessarily honorable, but is to some extent acceptable. So, I guess you gotta forgive Square Enix for taking the sacrificial suicide motif a bit too far.
"Some reliable sources say that there will be a KH game on the PS4 that isn't KH3." KH: Dissidia confirmed.
But, it's so satisfying beating them. Oh come on, Command Decks & Command Styles were arguably the most fun and innovative mechanics to any KH game. Although, I wouldn't want to see the same exact mechanics in KH3, some modified, updated, and tweaked version of these mechanics would be nice.
Hey. In the last podcast, you said that you heard in Nomura's interview that he was basically making up the KH series as he went along. Do you...
