After putting in his two cents about the conversation of the other students, he engaged in watching Frida's expression carefully. He often liked examining the faces of those when they were thinking, rather than deciphering their smile or frown. This one, well, she looked like she was slightly amused by what he said. Nix didn't mind that, it was her neck she was risking - although he would rather have everyone avoid being punished, but if that's what she wanted, then he wouldn't mind letting her through.

There were two types of people at this school: the clever and the stupid; the stupid were extrovert, loud, and not careful of what they did when they wanted to get something done. They always used the wrong methods, always went about it the wrong way. The clever, on the other hand, kept their heads down - good things come to people who wait. The clever study their surroundings, study the people, potential friends, enemies . . . From the description, it wouldn't be hard to place the girl with the candied-color hair.

She glared at Nix, he held his ground, "You don't ever tell me what I can or can not do," and she pointed a finger at him, almost standing, "You don't even know me."

He immediately detected weak electrical currents surging from somewhere, Ah yes, this one is a G-Class. As he was going to say something else to her, not something mean, rather, something insightful about herself, she went off on this redundant explanation about how the school is the savior of the students, how the outside world was nothing, basically, and that it didn't really matter if this was all a dream or not, and et cetera. With each word of hers, the electrical current grew a little more and more - she would start really sizzling soon. Nix wasn't worried though, he would easily be able to neutralize her with his ice, easily.

Right as the bell rang, Professor Daniels had strode through the doors, right on the dot. Teachers, he noticed a while ago, were never late or early, they were always just on time. After making a few announcements, he started on the exam review. The student with the white hair turned angrily back to look at the front of the class, obviously frustrated with Frida, and then the other girl, with the blonde hair turned back to the front as well, looking as if she wanted to say something, but didn't anyway. He then looked at Frida who huffed like a little girl and turned away.

Nix himself turned away from the three other students, mulling over his own thoughts of the summertime. Something interesting was going to happen, he just knew it.

He loved interesting things.

I debated long and hard before posting in this thread, because I knew there would be words later, but -

Oh wait, the person isn't on this forum, lolololo​

So, as some of you might know, I went on a trip to South Padre Island, off of the coast of Texas, with my orchestra. This was us after twelve hours on a charter bus, without showering, and an hour or so after a competition we later found out we had won.

Eh, I don't really like it much right now - it's late in the night, and it's basically Adult Swim's usual Saturday line-up.

Still, at this point, I feel it's more than I could ask for. I'm just very excited that Toonami's back. Hopefully, when they get more funding, they'll do a better line-up.

Nix was listening into the conversation that was going on between the students closer to him. He didn't know whether to sigh, roll his eyes, or smile in understanding. ​

"I don't know, maybe the school is real but is what they've told us about the world outside? We only have their word to go on, they've removed all our memories after all. Perhaps they're hiding something from us."​

"You know," he began, lowly enough for only those three students to hear, "I hope you're all well aware that there are ears everywhere. If you're going to talk about something that's nearly strictly forbidden, I would highly recommend doing it somewhere less . . . public." Because he knew the other students were listening, and he didn't feel comfortable with that. Although he had nothing to do with the conversation, he wouldn't want to see these three go to Mr. Blood's office and not come back for a while.​

He looked at the girl named Frida, "Not everyone has a strong perception of actual reality, so to be honest, maybe you're not real." he said calmly, "Also, I believe having special powers doesn't give you leeway to be unkind to the people who have amazing natural abilities."​

Nix had since situated himself comfortably at a desk in the back corner. It wasn't that he was anti-social or anything, but he usually prefers people to talk to him first. He watched as the students of the various other classes walked into the room, observing each of them a bit. He recognized a few of them, the fully-armored one named Lance, another, and another . . . faces he recognized, but didn't know.

He lazily set his head on his desk, still silently detesting Monday mornings. For a few more minutes, it was quiet, and then someone must have come in, mentioning how he was probably not the only one who didn't want to be here. Nix, of course, didn't look up or say anything to agree, but he nodded, rubbing his forehead against its resting place on his arm.

Quietly, he wondered what thoughts were flowing through the minds of the other students and -

"No one talk to me. If you do, I will personally make your morning as terrible as mine."

At this, Nix sat up, his red eyes dancing around for the owner of that voice; a girl with candied-color hair and fairly pale skin. Ah yes, that one . . . He only recognized because of the hair, but . . . she wasn't the most delightful to be around. He had seen her a few times before and each time, her behavior was more dislikable - she was prideful and feisty, always one to speak her mind, and not that he really minded it much at all, but it was annoying when someone came stalking into class, in a mood that's less than content, and then not even caring that more than half of the room is feeling the same.

Then again, she was G-Class.

He saw one more girl walk into class, with a quick smiled passed to the N-Class student hanging out in the door way and then finding he seat swiftly after doing so.

Nix laid his head back on his desk - it was Monday. He hated Mondays. Smile through it . . .​
