You do grow levels after collecting enough orbs. What I did was go to the Solar rider in Tron's world and fought off the Heartless there. You may need some drive recoveries the first few times but once the length of your drive form increases enough you can make it to the other side. Once there quick go to the computer that will take you to the outside world and you'll revert back to normal form and have a full drive meter. This plan only works for Valor, Master and Wisdom. For Final form you must battle nobodies and the best place to do that is Yen Sid's tower.
