At first I thought it wasn't armor and just something Urahara made with kido to smash Aizen down, but I guess not. The one on her leg broke off too easily for it to be made for the use of kido. As for Tessai, he probably is in Hueco Mundo. But if Urahara and the others plan to keep using kido, then I guess Tessai should be there with them. Although, Hacchi's there, but he's missing an arm so I'm not all too sure.
