Well, A Crossover RP involves different series coming together. This isn't to say that you can't have OCs in a Crossover RP, but for it to qualify as one, you at least have to have some unoriginal characters. If you're looking to just make a Fantasy, Sci-fi, or some other sort (which seems to be the case) it would be in your best intrest to edit your first post to give us more information, and perhaps explain your point better.
