Nope, I didn't find it hard at all. Kinda creeped me out the very first time I got to The End Of The World with the left over bits of the worlds and such. Other than that I thought that there were other parts in the game that were harder than that particular part.

I really liked Auron and Yuffie. Yuffie becuase I just like her personality, and Auron because he is such a mysterious character and is fun to fight with.

Like Sora, I assume the Square Enix wanted it to look like a year had passed and he grew taller. It also makes sense if you think about it, because guys get growth spurts at a later age than girls do. He looks better in KHII anyways.
Axel. Other than that, Riku and Roxas. Saix is also pretty awesome, he's so evil and I love it xD
Sora being sooo naive. (That's an obvious one) You don't get to fight Roxas when you're Sora like you do in KHIIFM+ Agrabah...can't stand that world. Atlantica was pretty much useless in KHII. Atlantica and Hollow Bastion in KH1 were like mazes. How Riku looks in KH1, he's wayy hotter in KHII xD Axel dies. 'Nuff said.
Turns out, that when I went to the store to buy KH1, all they had was KH2, but I didn't see the "II" on the box at the time that I bought it. When I went home to play the game, I was like "WTF this isn't Sora, I don't remeber KH1 looking like this." Then I realized the game was KHII. Nonetheless I was a bit confused when I saw Roxas because when I bought it, I thought the game was about Sora.
Aerial Dodge helped a lot when fighting, but I also liked Glide because it was fun and helped me deal more damage in my aerial attacks.
I think techinically he's a dolphin, just because of his move dolphin kick. Other than that, he kinda looks like a shark.

I think that either Ragarok and Trinity Limit are his signature moves. Even though I don't think he has a single move to call his 'signature' move. He has so many good moves it's hard to pick one.
My favorite drives are Wisdom for its range and Final for its combos.
Mickey helped me just once and it was at Beast's Castle against Xaldin on Proud mode.
If we are talking friend pairings, my favorites would have to be Axel and Roxas, along with Riku and Sora.
