Rolling for doublescoop.
What love?
Way to quote a manipulative villain. Also, seriously, not getting that ice was also an insult? Come on.
I was thinking more along the lines of gloomy and not personable, but whatever.
He's had time to practice we'll say.
Immortal dude who kills folk.
I could potentially take that as an insult.
I get you. For something like pokemon I generally put it on a continuum of looks good vs looks bad on one axis and inspired vs uninspired. A really good example of that is something like Voltorb is really dumb looking but it's actually relatively inspired because it was designed to look like other objects and thus shows a certain level of biomimicry or at least an interest in game design. On the flip side Beedrill looks pretty cool but it's just a big bee with nothing really unique about it. Well, the whole point of the naming was that it was ironic to begin with because Jackie Chan was better at kicking than punching in fact ridiculous jump kicks were kinda his thing in some of his movies. Whatever man.
Will anyone show up to my funeral? Score.
Several things. I really feel like people like to cherry pick when they say this. Don't get me wrong, I think pokemon had bad design the whole way through and I don't this it's gotten all that much worse as an average thing if at all even, but I do think that the ugliest and least inspired sets of pokemon in existence always come from the newest generation or two and the best looking pokemon are always from a few generations back. Like I don't play these games or anything but based on the art they show on the wiki that I've been through almost all of. I also don't like that they changed the art style, the new shading looks slovenly and bad. Bruce Lee was more of a puncher, though. Like he could clearly kick, but that was not his gimmick. You're gonna have to explain why you think I'm so hideous.
Do you want the nigga special?
KIll la Kill isn't something you'd like. It's a hot blooded series about individualism in a society rooted in repression like Gurren Lagaan but has a much less universal appeal and if I recall correctly you don't even like Gurren Lagaan so there's basically no chance you'll ever get into Kill la Kill. I still don't have an amazing handle on your tastes, but this is the vibe I get. So I'd recommend you not give it a chance just right now and wait until you genuinely feel like trying on your own to continue if you ever do.
Because you're the kind of person that calls it Heaven's Lost Property.
Looks like I'm playing whale tribal.
So what'll it be, nature's herald?
