So? If it makes money, it's good. When has money ever been bad?

Either way. I stand by my point in which I stand on a middle ground. Just because I don't like them, doesn't mean I have to hate them.

And, the beatles? Well...Let them do what they want, if you don't want to hear the song, then don't. Easy, no?

Their music is actually not that bad. There are some songs I could hear without saying "okay...this sucks" Let's face it, even MTV is placing their songs on their programing. The little disney singers are expanding into a more teenager-friendly range. So is hannah montana. I don't like her songs, personally, but that's just because they sound childish, but now I think she's also expanding 'cause vh1 is actually showing her song.

The fact that they can compose their songs, makes them talented enough, they can sing; perhaps they aren't the best, but so many girls liking them can't go wrong.

Everyone here almost sounds as if they were the worst thing on the planet. They really aren't. They are not the best, but certainly not bad enough to burn and remove from the records of history forever.

Then the girl you're after has a very bad friend if that's the case. You must have done something very bad for her to feel so defensive in this situation. What a mess!

Well...one thing I'll tell you. You can't force anyone other than yourself, so if the person doesn't want to talk, then there's pretty much nothing you can do. Besides if the person doesn't talk to you, the best thing you can do is probably let things cool off. I know, it's hard, but there is nothing else you can do.

I for one wouldn't really try to make contact so soon, but if the person said they would give you a second chance, and then go back on their word...I would probably confront them, after some time of cooling-off, of course. Remember also that your actions will always leave consequences.

I like this poem. I especially loved the end.

The feeling it produces it's kind of sad and empty. The poem itself seems like a circle. They are always "there" again. The notebook part...that really seems like a fitting end.

Guys. I'll advise you to cut back on the spam. This much spam is bound to put other stories down.

    As for the story itself.

I'd like to read the first ones. That said, the origininality of this is always a thumbs up, the magic system seems pretty detailed, and organized. Not just some out-of the-blue magic.

Ok...This thread has gone from intelligent to spam. Just for the record...If people come here posting incoherencies, then don't expect not to receive retaliation. Now, I'm not very fond of de-repping, so I don't do so, but the fact that I got de-repped is seriously tempting me to do so. If you want to come into a debate corner that is part of the site where intelligent replies go, don't come here expecting things not to get a bit heated. It's important not to come here with a heated attitude.

    Just to stay on topic:

In what terms should we compare the two things? Are we comparing them overall, or just one quality?

In which case if it's overall, it can be divided into many categories, such as durability, usefulness, ect.

    Wow...Just...Wow.

This is definately different that what I had expected...much better than what I expected, actually.I love them, both. Don't worry about the border, even though I asked for it, they look fine without it.

    This is repworthy.

You don't mind If I keep them both, do you? I think I can interwine with them.

    Thanks a bunch.

That's not really the matter of it. Think of a kindle. That little machine, alone can carry a lot of e-books. Meaning that you could have your very own library in a compact machine. It's not about just flipping a page...it's about convinience. Not everyone can go around lugging books, much less some university books that are huge. Heck even some in HS are a little over the top.

So it's not about just flipping a page.

Please leave & Don't come back until you have something intelligent to say. If you want to respond, at least do it properly. You think your silly caps have any effect...well, yes. They make you look like an idiot who cannot apply an intelligent response. Now, would you kindly, leave and think upon your actions?

    End thread.

No, but seriously. You say the Laptop is a gateway, and that the internet and such are applications.

So isn't a light source an application? You need a light-source to read. And if you need a stand, that too could be considered an application. To write a pen is required, that can also be considered an app.

So the gateway argument somewhat fails to amount agaisnt a laptop, because it can also be applied to the book. I myself prefer to feel a book in my hands, but if we go by the fact that both need applications to function(unless you can read in total darkness.) The laptop has a much more vast & easier way to do such things presented here.

Besides, the book is a more concentrated knowlegde, as most books only focus on one thing, and the internet is more dispersed. Each one with it's pro's & con's

Truth be told, we can easily find a book through the internet...without even having to leave our homes(which seems convinient) but a sole book can't do that.

In the end...both have their Reedeming, and contradicting points.

    Update

I haven't been writting this for a while, but I decided. I will continue this. The chapter is short, but it's going to be a two part chapter. Any thoughts, after such a long time. I hope I can finish this. Yes...the title & quotes are from the new BEP song, but there's a reason for that. Plus I like Black eyed peas.

Either way. The fact that it is your party beats all that. Like her or not. No one has to be forcing you to take her to the party, because in the end being the better person in this case is not about inviting her or not, if you feel that you were forced into it. If she asks why you didn't invite her, then that's your chance to talk to her. Tell her that you want to enjoy a good party, and if she's willing to be cool with that, and abide, then it would be okay.
