At least it didn't say "find X" and you circled it, saying "here it is."
I've been sick for a week or so now. Started with a sore thraot and next thing I know I've got a hearty cough, fever, chills, congestion, chest pain, sneezing fits....bleh. Still kinda sick, but I found these awesome fizzy tablets that clear me up in five minutes and put me to sleep.
I've been eating almonds while I read. I dunno, snacking on nuts and reading go together.
I don't know. I can't smell anything cuz I'm sick. Probably orange and ginger because of my new shampoo.
I always have nightmares that I get in a horrendous car crash and either: 1) go up in flames and die on the spot, or 2) get paralyzed from the neck down and while I am alive, I can't do anything with myself. Always makes me jolt awake. I know that the odds are kinda high, but I'm always careful while driving just for that reason. Still, it's enough to get the blood pumping as I get behind the wheel each day, thinking that this might be the last time I do so.
My first boyfriend was a whole seven inches shorter than me. I used to tease him by coming up behind him and resting my head on his. Never once did it truly affect our relationship. I guess maybe it doesn't matter for some people? ( and for the record I'm 5'3", so he was tiny.)
Ok, my mic works great, so I gave recording a shot. Except I guess I'm still sick, so I sounded like Axel after 3 packs of Camel cigs or something. So I guess it'll be maybe another day or two until this clears up. Hopefully before my comedy troupe tryouts Thursday.
Among Schoolchildren by Tracy Kidder. Uh....it's for school. It's a first-hand account of a fifth grade classroom and the events that happen in it. Non-school related: Beach Road by James Patterson and I've just started on the Twilight series (against the wishes of my circle-o'-friends).
Pretty sure....click here Or maybe I've just proven how old I really am here...
My first anime? Flint the Time Detective. I'm willing to bet no one's heard of it. Came out around the same time as Pokemon, Digimon, and Cardcaptors.
I just picked up Death Magnetic today while out buying drugs for my cold. Felt like I needed a treat. Popped it in the CD player, and almost cried. It seriously is epic. Well worth the wait and hype. I can't pick a favorite song from it just yet, it all still sounds too good to just single one track out from the others.
HOMG. *dies from a heart attack* You've just made this otherwise unhappy sick girl squeal.
There's people walking on the roof outside my dorm window right now. One of 'em just started dancing to my music. IDK, just thought it was funny to be working on a paper and look up and see these guys on the roof.
THE FREAKIN' CAMERA. There's a heartless behind me, but I'll never see it because I'm stuck staring at Sora's hair-don't.
So? I look up my school's address and the area lights up like a Christmas tree with all the sex offenders in the area. Not fun. Yesh.
I'll give it a shot once I get over this cold and mess around with my mic some more. I'd love to try out for Axel, I've been told I sound excatly like him (even though I am female), but it won't sound the same with a sore throat and stuffed nose.
"I shall call you Swirly. Heh heh." Really. Actually, I said that out loud, just cuz that is one heck of a hairstyle.
Repliku said pretty much everything I had wanted to say, plus or minus a few things, so I'm gonna thank him for saving me about 10 minutes worth of typing. :) What I'm surprised no one's mentioned yet is that, for the most part, those in poverty or tough living conditions are the ones who eat fast food rather frequently, because it's so cheap and affordable to just pull up to a Wendy's or McD's and order dinner off the dollarmenu for whatever you can scrape together. For many of these families, they really can't afford to grocery shop for decent, healthful food every week or so, and maybe they make just enough money to make them ineligible for WIC or food stamps. In the case of the obese people who tried to sue, you have to remember that we live in a very lawsuit-happy society now. People will point fingers at everyone other than themselves, especially if they can get money out of it. It's their own choice, and they made the wrong one, but they won't admit to it. Now my personal story. I'm 15 pounds overweight for someone of my age and body size. I used to be double that, but I've worked extremely hard to get myself down this far, and I've eaten fast food maybe twice in my life. To be quite frank, I don't like any of it. Last time I ever stepped into a Burger King, I got a frozen Coke. My main reason for being so big before was family history. There's a risk of diabetes from my mother's side, heart disease from my father. Both of them are average sized for their age and size. I hope to lose those last 15 by the end of October, at the very latest. I bet if more people made similar choices, obesity wouldn't be such an epidemic.
They're not soggy when you open the can, right? Nothing's worse than soggy coffee beans... And what store did you buy them at? Cause I might get them if they're any good.
I'm not gonna count the Pokemon comics books that came out in 1999, so I'll say it was probably Yu-Gi-Oh. I liked the manga better than the anime. Yami Yugi was such a cheater....XD
