I just got it today myself as an early b-day gift to myself (one more week) and there's quite a few things I'm happy with. The track list is good, the graphics caught me off guard and are good. I also like that it has that adapter for the DS original (which I still have; never did trade it) so those of us without the fancy schmancy Lite can still play. I think the only thing I find fault with is how cramped the controls feel. I could only play a few songs at a time before stopping for a break because it hurt. Also, this has to be the first time since GH I that I've had to start on Medium; I couldn't keep up with the speed on Hard. I've figured out that wiggling the pick stylus back and forth during a fast passage acts like strumming up and down, but it tends to miss a bit. Also trying to wor on my timing to press A to get star power; I'm too much of a square to shout "Rock Out!" in public. XD
The cookie is worth it. It may be a cupcake, but it is still cake, and it is still a lie.
