Sora gripped his head with his left hand, paying attention to the memory but not having the whole thing play out in front of him like other fights with Riku had. It was more like a flash, playing out in fast forward but still being clear enough for him to understand. He and Riku were standing there, discussing Namine and how they had both made a promise to protect her. Obviously that wasn't true; Sora had made that promise to Kairi, and Riku hadn't been anywhere near at the time. But Riku picked a fight with him all the same, and for the third time, he lost.
I chose Floor 12. This is where Donald and Goofy have an arguement with Sora and he runs off on his own. I thought it would be appropriate to have...
Floor Twelve Sora exited Twilight Town following his two friends, Keyblade loosely in his hand. Much like the other floors, he felt another memory coming back to him. Most of the time, he was able to hold it back, but whenever it concerned Riku, it always clouded his vision before he could even try to control it. He winced and brought up his free hand, grabbing his head and shutting his eyes as another memory flashed before his eyes.
We should. Right now, I'm trying to decide what floor to go to. I'm watching clips right now.
Upon reaching that floor, Sora had another memory come back to him. One where he was depressed over his and Riku's fight and Donald, Goofy, and Jiminy cheered him up and convinced him that he had to remind Riku what good friends they were. This memory, unlike the other one, didn't overtake him. It simply appeared to him in a flash, only making him blink a few times as they went into the next world.
Thanks. =) I hope so.
Sora didn't respond, simply following Riku up the stairs. If that was how Riku wanted things to play out, then he was fine with that. They'd go through the floors and he'd discover whether Riku was lying or if he truly forgot about what happened. The answers were waiting for him, and he would get them and be fulfilled. Unless, of course, they ended up changing everything. They possibly could, but Sora didn't care anymore. He would finish this.
Yeah...Oh well, I'll survive. I'm sure I'm more knowledgeable than I give myself credit for. ;3
"Fine. You probably know more about this place than I do," Sora admitted joylessly. "That doesn't change what I saw. Whether you remember it or not, I did fight you." He was prepared to leave it at that, since he had said that at least three times during the conversation. Right now, he just wanted to move forward and figure out more of what happened here. He needed closure now, to finish what he started when he set foot in this place for the second time.
I think so. =) It's entertaining. And distracting. Ha
"I have enough anger to cover the Organization and you, so don't worry about that," Sora said tensely. He also didn't like that Roxas had been brought up in this, so he let that drop without adding any comment onto the motion. "I told you I fought you here. And since I'm the one regaining my memories right now, shouldn't that mean that I'm the more reliable one?"
Right...xP
Sora looked back up at Riku, a defensive look crossing his expression. "My memories may be messed up, but I know I'm not regaining faulty memories. Not about this. I know I fought you." He looked like Riku, had the same voice, and the same fighting style. Nobody else could have pulled that off.
It is. And it's even more awful when your friend laughs at your for it. xDD =)
Sora looked down slightly, the memories of what happened here making his head ache. "Right here, on this floor, you showed up," Sora informed him quietly. "You picked a fight with me and insulted me every chance you got. Then when I beat you in a fight, you ran off." He didn't like that he had to give Riku a recap of this; how could he have forgotten?
Yup. Dx It's killing me. Slowly and painfully. Haha, that's a funny position to be in. But you did a good job coming up with something. ;D
"Hmph. Forgot it, huh?" Sora asked rhetorically, shaking his head. "You sure you're not the one who lost memories here, Riku?" Actually, he was surprised. It was an important event...Could Riku seriously not recall what happened here? He found it a bit hard to believe.
Anatomy. Dx xD I was hoping my post would be clear; I had trouble finding a way to phrase it that made sense.
"Then what's your problem, Riku?" Sora asked coolly, finally summoning away the Keyblade. His hands were curled into fists at his side as he stared up at Riku. "Enlighten me, O Great One, on what's causing you to become a jerk in this place again." His voice was dripping with sarcasm, and he had said "again" on the end as a reference to the fight he and Riku had fought on this floor during their previous visit to Castle Oblivion.
Me too. Dx I'm so nervous for this one...it's awful. Hate it when that happens. =/
