It's cool to see they've got a "guesstimate" down, but I'm actually going to wait a bit before doing a preorder just to be safe. That, and I has no cash right now because I still haven't found another job after getting laid off last month.
So you don't wrap the cord itself around anything, you just wind it up? Hmm...you're not leaving it anywhere cold? Say...if you had a breezeway in your house and you leave your coat/backpack out there, but it gets cold overnight out there? That might have been it too...other than that I'm scratching my head over it
Shoot. Someone's calling me and blew my cover. Err.....hai?
I'm definitely giving this a rent first before I buy, just to check it out. Some of those songs seem like they're going to be sick to play. I can't believe they put Mercyful Fate up there. That's a what...11 1/2 minute song? It's Freebird all over again....
I'm really glad to see I'm not the only one who noticed that. I thought his fauxhawk looked a little....fluffier...His face/eyes kill me too.
Random question, but do you wrap your earphones around your iPod when you're not using it? Because if you do, the tiny wires inside the cords get fragile and break, which usually results in one or both of them being dead because the electrical current from the device to the earphones can't finish the trip. Unfortunately if that is the case there is no real fix except to go out and get another pair of earphones. I know there's a brand out there (might be Skullcandy, idk) that actually puts them away in a case that winds them up like a fishing line reel. That way the wires don't break and they last longer. Might be worth looking for those. Also, stop wrapping the phones around the iPod. :)
Nice find eastercat and nice post Mike. Late summer/early fall was my guesstimate as it was. Kinda funny to see GI thinks so too.
All I heard was he was going back to his ranch in Texas, which might be best for him after all that time in office. He's worn, he's tired, and now doesn't have to carry the weight of the world on his shoulders anymore. It'll be better for his health later on in life.
The college was doing this huge thing where you could watch it in the Performing Arts Center. I missed it because I was at field study. Instead, me, my hosting teacher, other faculty and staff and 800 elementary students watched it in the cafetorium together. It was amazing, these kids aren't more than 9 years old (some were even in kindergarten), and they knew how big and historical this was. Seeing them cheer like that after he finished his Oath of Office was just awesome. I felt bad when he stuttered, though. I laughed at first, because he was like "I, Barack Hussein....*huh durr...hmmm* I Barack Hussein Obama..." and then missed something else a bit later on, but you forget the guy's in front of millions of people, and countless others are watching him on TV at that very moment, and that's when the nerves probably set in.
Hard to tell. I also see what looks like a Bond of Flame towards the bottom right there as well.
I'm gonna play black sheep here and say the original for it's retro-y goodness. I mean, the AC one is fantastic, but I'm an old fart. I did it for the memories.
Have you downloaded any fonts to use, or are you using fonts that came preinstalled on your computer? There's a chance that if you downloaded and installed a font pack from somewhere on the web (DeviantART, Google searching, etc.), there might have been a harmful file attached to it somehow. I'd run a scan, get rid of those fonts if you have them, and then in the future try scanning the file before downloading it.
Yeah, I'm sure this was probably really annoying, but mistakes happen. At least it's fixable. It's just a question of when and how the company plans on doing that. On a side note, people dial wrong numbers all the time anyway. I couldn't tell you how many times I'd get wrong numbers for all sorts of businesses while working at the pool store because someone was one number off. Although maybe I should be ashamed of myself for laughing at this...I just can't imagine someone's reaction when they call for a doctor and the other person on the line responds that they're Dr. Feelgood...
It's another Xbox! XD Damn, I'm good.
Bwah...It...I..*pokes it* CUTE!
Last I heard it was due out Spring 2009 in Japan. We're not exactly sure when it will be released elsewhere. Great news report, Mike. And something irks me about poor Demyx in that shot, I dunno. He kinda looks crippled to me the way he's slouching over the sitar like that. XD
Tell her it wasn't you who threw those rocks at her car. Oh wait...wrong stoner. Hrrm. Then I don't know really.
Aww, that's actually pretty sweet. :3
I loved the comics, I pratically grew up on the cartoon... But the movies were just disappointing. I'm sorry to anyone that likes them, but...they just...ugh. That's not my Garfield.
If you have Photoshop, you can just Print Screen while watching the clip and import into Photoshop by using the New>Image From Clipboard command. Then it's just a matter of toggling settings, image size, brightness and contrast, levels, and details until you get it the way you want it to. Also, if you save the picture by going File>Save For Web in Photoshop and save it as a high quality JPEG it will look better.
