Yeah, had that happen. Feels like you can't breathe? That's what happens to me. Or it's like my friends say sometimes, I can't get brain freeze if there ain't anything to freeze.
I thought it was actual swine....poo.
f. Today was Free Comic Book Day. I had no clue. Until this showed up tonight at work.
I don't mind it. The way I see it, it's a hobby. And it's better than doing something that could be destructive, like drugs or alcohol. EDIT: Wait. I forgot about Sailor Bubbas. Never mind. THAT'S upsetting.
You're not accidently trying to burn it onto a DVD, are you? I've done that more than once until I realized my comp doesn't burn DVDs. Also double check that your drive will burn discs because I know sometimes they don't. What brand of blanks are they, if you know? I always had trouble with certain brands either not being recognized by my computer or refusing to play music after I've burned it onto them.
Ooh...darky.. But you know what? Sometimes the best work comes out of a slump like this. Nice poem. And the formatting is much better. :)
Good god, sorry to hear about that. At least the problem's being taken care of right now before it has a chance to be too late.
I chuckl'd.
I saw that this morning. 23-month old died from swine flu. Said he was from Houston. There's also at least two confirmed cases in my state right now, and they're both a half hour from my hometown. Now that scares me, because while everyone's looking at Mexico, there's two cases in Massachusetts right now. EDIT: Just turned on the news to see that two more cases have been confirmed in my state for a total of four. Looks like an 8 and a 10 year old.
Well, I haven't played Rhythm Heaven yet, but I can vouch for Layton because I do have it and it's quite fun to play. Even better when you just hand the game off to a friend and watch them try to figure out some of the tougher puzzles, and then their reaction when they get the answer. If you do get Rhythm Heaven, tell me about it. I was thinking about getting that one.
Nice find. I hope that trailer surfaces soon.
Do I come close?
Five years from now I'll be teaching and walking down the aisle getting married, so most likely no. @fadedphantom...I'm a college kid meself. I guess we're both illegal forumers.
If I may quote Doug Dimmadome (sp?) for a moment..."Nobody reads the instruction manuals!" Except for maybe me. I buy a new game, and the first thing I do is read the manual to get a gist of how to play. I buy some electronic device, I read the manual. It's not because I'm stupid, it's because I'm trying to be careful and not permanently screw something up because I didn't read the manual.
It was terribly hot where I live today. I had to work in the college's cafeteria tonight, and just for giggles we ran around with the meat thermometer to see excatly how hot it was downstairs (because no one thought to put the AC on). It was 95 degrees F by our cereal stand, and just a tad over 100 F behind our entree line. I think it was at least 85 F outside. It's 77 in my dorm room right now but I have a fan going, so it might just be 80.
*spits water on monitor..* Thanks. My computer needed a bath. :laughing-smiley-004 there needs to be a spew-n-laugh smiley...
Slight bumpage...turns out this was a bit of a false alarm. The Internet is down here, but only for sites that pertain to the college, such my course web portal, Blackboard, student email...anything the school hosts is down. This, however, does not include the Internet as a whole, so I discovered after coming back from work and logging in without much trouble. So I guess this was a false alarm. You can blame ITS for sending out an email that sounded like the next Apocalypse was coming.
Hmm...chakram upgrades...? Maybe all the members will have the same sort of upgrade system... I laughed at the last pair Axel had...I thought for a moment they looked like shin guards strapped to his arms or something.
