Namine was about five minutes from home, but it didn't look like the storm would hold off long enough for her to reach her safe haven. That's just my luck, she thought, looking down briefly as she walked. Things really hadn't been going her way lately, in more ways that one. She supposed that she had been on a downward spiral ever since Roxas left. She couldn't say if she was better or worse than she had been when he left, things weren't that easily deciphered.

Oh, that. xD That'll come a bit later. It'll actually happen during that first plot I gave you involving Roxas and Namine's argument.
Namine sighed softly and walked in silence, hearing thunder over head. She hated storms, but she had grown to not be afraid of them. After all, they couldn't really hurt her. That was a lesson Roxas had taught her, just by him being there during storms. She blinked and looked down at the ground, a sad feeling in her heart. Roxas...I miss you.
'Kay. xD I'll maybe work on my AMV. xP Yeah, he can go inside and wait for her, since he knows where she hides a key outside. But what surprise?
Namine looked up at the sky, seeing the sun disapear behind a dark cloud. It looks like it's going to rain, she realized, shivering at the thought. The whether was already cool, considering that it was December. There wasn't any snow on the ground despite the fact that Christmas was only a few days away, but that was fine. The snow would only remind her of what she couldn't have this Holiday season: snowball fights with her boyfriend and her best friend.
Sure is. =/ Well, hopefully it won't happen again.
Namine kept her chin up as she walked, eyes wandering. She had gotten used to being alone in the city, so the things she saw hardly ever frightened her. Even seeing men in sunglasses didn't scare her anymore. If anything good thing had come out of the past two months, it was that she was braver and more self-reliant. Maybe the second thing wasn't that good, but it had helped her survive. So she viewed it as a beneficial quality.
Not at all. 0.o It's actually a nice day.
It was early evening in New York City as Namine left a friend's home, heading for her own house. There had been a party there, but it hadn't been much fun for Namine; she was having a hard day for some reason, so she decided to leave early and just go home. She sighed, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. Life had been far from easy, especially recently. But that was something she didn't want to think about.
Me too. x3 ....and I just lost power for a few minutes there. =K For absolutely no reason. That was obnoxious.
Sora furrowed his brows and looked down at the ground, silence surrounding him. He and Riku both knew that he was going to be sticking around for a while now. He didn't know how long he needed to get his act together. That would possibly be harder to do than fight off the Heartless. But he was prepared; he had to face this problem head on. No more running away.
After this conversation, we can do a time gap to Roxas being home. x3
Sora looked over at Riku, leaving his thoughts behind as he focused on the question. "The only thing I'm sure of is that things'll only get worse if I go home," he said honestly. He would be an emotional wreck in front of Kairi, and that wasn't something he could do. Before he saw her again, he needed to pull his act together and be strong enough to support himself. That was how he saw it, anyway.
"I guess it is," Leon said in agreement, looking to Riku when he was spoken to. He had noticed Roxas didn't seem happy about the decision, but he wasn't about to ask why. After all, they had just met for the first time a few days ago. Sora furrowed his brows slightly, arms across his chest as he looked down at the ground near the stairs. Roxas was acting out of character, but he couldn't very well pry into that. Lately, Roxas had proven to be even more easily angered than Sora. The brunet would try to talk to him in a little while and give him some space for a while. Tomorrow, Roxas would go home.

Okie dokie. x3
Sora stayed where he was, shifting his body slightly to watch Roxas leave. He stayed silent, knowing that any more spoken words could set his friend off. He didn't know exactly what the problem was, but if Roxas wanted to talk about it, he would have. Home'll be good for him, he thought, keeping his eyes on the blond. He didn't know why he felt so strongly about that, but he knew his friend needed some peace and quiet, and regular life could provide that for him.
You should look it up. xD It's catchy.
Sora arched a brow at Roxas' expression and mumbled word. "What do you mean, 'whatever'?" he asked, keeping his eyes locked on his friend. Roxas was acting irritable, and he knew he had to tread cautiously here, but he needed to know what was going on inside Roxas' head.
