Namine smiled softly, looking at Roxas sitting on the edge of her bed. "You're always welcome to stay, you know," she pointed out quietly. It was true this talk was keeping her awake, but she didn't really want him to leave, either. She always felt better when he was around, even if she was unconscious.

Namine smiled sweetly at Roxas' shyness, choosing not to bother him about that. Her smile dimmed as she lifted one hand and set it in front of her face on the pillow, the girl lying on her side comfortably. Although she wished the circumstances were better, she was still thrilled to be spending time with Roxas. It was good enough to brighten her day, even when it was stormy outside and she wasn't feeling too hot herself.

Namine laughed softly, Roxas' smirk making her smile in amusement. "I missed that smile," she confessed quietly, saying the words without thought. She blinked once she realized that she had actually said the words verbally, though she didn't regret saying her thoughts to her caring boyfriend.

Namine stifled a giggle, a small smile on her lips. "No, I guess you wouldn't," she said, smiling weakly. She felt bad about putting him in this position right after he got home, but she did find it unbelievably sweet how he was taking care of her and making her smile even when she felt so awful physically.

Namine nodded faintly, shifting her position as she prepared to lay back down. She slid herself back down underneath her covers, her eyes flickering away from Roxas' as she performed the motion. But when she was laying back down, she looked up at him, thinking of something to say. "You don't have to stay with me," she said softly. "I know I'm not very good company when I'm sick." She said the words out of curtesy, though she wished Roxas would stay anyway. But she wouldn't keep him there if he had other things to do; she wasn't selfish.

Namine smiled weakly, realizing that she was still pretty easy to read. "If you say so," she said, keeping a faint smile on her lips. She'd forget about it for now, but maybe she could make him his favorite cookies once she was back up on her feet. She was sure he would like that, considering how much he loved chocolate chip cookies.

Namine nodded slightly, though she still felt bad. She loved Roxas dearly, and she felt he deserved a proper welcome home. But with her being as sick as she was, it just wasn't a possibility. I'll make it up to him somehow, she decided, still looking at the blond haired boy beside her.

Namine opened her eyes, turning her head to the side slightly as she gazed at Roxas. "We should be out celebrating that you're home," she said softly, sadness evident in her eyes. She knew there wasn't anything they could do now that she was this sick, and she really wished that she hadn't caught this illness.

Namine popped one pill into her mouth at a time before she took a sip of water and swallowed the medicine. When she was done, she sighed softly, lowering the glass and shutting her eyes. Her throat felt swollen, and that had made taking the medicine a bit painful.
