Songs, one requested by Saxima and one I was trying to repair my voice with.

WARNING: MAY CAUSE EAR HEMORRHAGE FROM HORRIBLE SINGING, LISTEN AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Or better yet just listen to Jayn's in the thread she just posted alongside to soothe all of your ailments because her singing is divine.)

I also have a horrible quality microphone still, but it is better than my previous one.
No studio quality microphone yet, sadly.

Unofficial chat groups can work. They allow people to make new friends, of course. We already have the various existing Skype groups.
The problem, from what I may observe, seems to be the already existing tensions between the members which would boil over as such. Behaviour presented by members on the forum are prone to colouring opinions within external chat rooms I noticed. I adore the idea Rainshine, and it could work namely if people would improve their behaviour and not simply stay civil but stay open minded in regards to various things. Which is possible, but to reach such one must get over the existing tension in the forum.

That being said, in my opinion there should be a shift in communication between groups to communication between individual people. When one continues to group and group in such a strictly serious manner then it almost dehumanizes the individuals part of the group. And I have personally seen the preponderance of existing groups.

But that is my two cents. Let me retrieve my umbrella.

Sounds grand, it would be effective and solve both problems without sacrificing a liberty of the staff but also getting rid of the problem in regards to approaching, perhaps?
The admins may give the thread notice on whether or not it can be instituted?

Taking into account The Fuk?'s interesting idea, what would you prefer the differences between that and the report function to be? Would it simply be the fact that it would be an on-site notification instead of an off-site one, like the report function?

Flexible ones, preferably. Reasons that would balance the fact that the staff are still human beings and also come to this website not just as a job for but for fun but also increase approachability.

    Now now, SJ.
One is not to blame all of the staff for this (who by the way are all wonderful people as Mixt said).
If this is to be done then efforts from both sides should be made, as harsh generalizations from both sides, though perhaps made within observation, are what would prevent both sides from stepping out to each other.
But that is not the point of this.

As Jiku said, it should be a preference thing.
It would be preferable if the reasons were as flexible and appropriate as possible, if the proposition is to be agreed on. In preference the reasons would satisfy staff liberties while it would be easier to contact the staff in this. Though it must be said the staff are human as well, and also wish to have fun here, but an easier method of contact would be lovely.
That being said, the staff nor the members contacting them should be antagonized. Really, this should be less of a suggestion dealing with picking and defending sides like partisan politics and coming to a mutual agreement - really, similar to how a suggestion dealing with more togetherness should be.
