I believe first is fixed. Second, well if you feel flamed or abused by the repsystem or any other thing on the site contact a staff member instead of making a thread or showing it in public. For future referance, talking out loud about your own rep our somebody else's isn't allowed. Also unfortunately we can not approve each single rep given since the site has loads of members who get repped everyday. We simply wouldn't make it. : ) ~Closed
