There are two audio files. So download the first and after that finishes updating if you still don't have sound download the other.

Go to the website for the computer brand(ex. HP, Dell, Mac, etc.) Then go to the drivers/update section(depends on the site) and update the sound drivers. Happened to me a week or two ago. You probably just have to update the drivers.
