Though maybe both of us being horrible in our respective ways will balance it out." Estelle laughed, smiling and then putting her hair back again. "I looks pretty hard to me." Estelle told him. "Maybe we a little practice but I'm more a music and arts person." She said, looking out the window for a second. He was.. different.. kind of corky. Not really afraid of what people thought. She wouldn't Rollerblade in here thats for sure, she would be waaaay too embarrassed. After doing her personality dialysis, she remember that she should say something. "I can't believe the break is almost over, it feels like it just started yesterday, Ya Know? Time flies by so fast. I kind of do want to go back though." She told him. She didn't just kind of want to go back, She longed to go back. Try to make some new friends, or at least get to know some more people. But Hey, this was a start right? Baby steps. This would be a very good start since he seemed easy going and wanted to get to know people. This would be good practice. She realized that she had gone back into a daze, and tried to think of something to say. "Hey, what school do you go to?" Estelle asked him curiously, saying the first question that came to mind.

"I want to show you something else, before you have to go anyway.." Seraphina told him. She made her way down the stairs, getting anxious with every single step. They arrived in the front foyer at the very first floor of the house. She took a quick look around, today was busier then normal. She looked again for her mother. She saw them walking up the stairs on the other side, not paying attention to them on the bottom floor. She took a sigh of relief. She didn't really want to explain anything to them right now. Lucky, theymade it to the door leading outside without interruption. She opened the door for both of them, and then went outside to the garden. "I love it here.." Seraphina explained, walking down one of the paths. "It's a very nice place just to relax in." She smiled at him. "It's also very beautiful, don't you think?" She asked him. 'Say something to him' She thought to herself. 'I don't know i don't want to be too forward or freak him out'. 'You're really paranoid, can't you just relax?' She asked herself. The answer was most likely no. For the first time in her life she was tongue tied. She listened to the silence, the wind blew by a bit on her soft skin. She heard birds singing, but the silence between them seemed to cancel everything else out. She felt like she had to do something before things could get really awkward. Or maybe it was ok for it to be quiet. 'Actions speak louder then words' She thought, then realizing she didn't know what she could do. She took a deep breath. She just had to be herself, and try to use her beauty to her advantage. "I'm really glad you've hung out over here so much, Shane.." She told him, her eyes sparkling as she looked over at him. "You're really nice, and sweet.. Confident.." She told him. She wondered if he was being himself around her, or trying to act higher in class. "Don't change yourself to please others, because you're fine the way you are." She said. "I mean.. I like you the way you are.." She hesitated, she didn't know what else to say.She walked a bit slower taking one of Shane's hands, and moved closer to him.

He seemed to be really into it though. "Ya know, it's always more polite to giveyour name first before asking someone elses." His face turned neutral for a second until it exploded back into his grin and he chuckled, "I'm just messing with you. Name's Evan. Pleased to get to talk to you FlowerGirl." She laughed. He was so.... sociable. He was really nice. "Hello Evan, my name is Estelle." Estelle told him smiling, then taking a drink from her hot chocolate. "I'm glad you came to talk to me, I don't usually talk that much." She said to him honestly. "well Miss,I came here to get me a cup of coffee. As to why I'm talking to you it's because well ya know, talking to people and getting along with them is always more fun than chilling by yourself you know." She nodded, She knew what he meant. Being by yourself was boring, lonely... too bad she didn't really talk to people. She probably wouldn't have talked to him either, she was still a little nervous about boys, but he was so outgoing and friendly she couldn't ignore him. "Ya you're right. I'm a little bit shy around people sometimes, but you were just so lively and outgoing I couldn't just blow you off or something." Estelle laughed nervously. "It's cool that you're able to RollerBlade too, I'm not good at stuff like that" Estelle explained. "I hope this isn't too forward" Estelle took out another piece of paper and wrote her number down on it. "Here, call anytime." Estelle laughed, passing her number over. "Maybe we can hang out again sometime, if you want to anyway." She smirked. "If you're as good at RollerBlading as you look like you are, maybe you can teach me. I wouldn't bet on it though, I'm really hopeless." She started to laugh, this has been the most fun she had in a long long while. She hope things were going ok. She didn't know what to do. She didn't know if what she could say was proper, or not. She smiled at him, she was getting really worried about everything now.

She wish she was able to do that but she sucked at sports. Any kind of sports. She moved her hair out of her face, it falling back down, hitting her soft skin gently. She heard him coming over to where she was sitting, maybe he was going to go see a friend. "Yo flower girl,whatcha up to?" She pointed at herself. He couldn't have been talking to her... right? "Are you talking to me? Yes I work at the flower shop across the road." Estelle narrowed her eyebrows. "I do sort of recognized you." She said to him honestly. She moved a piece of hair out of her face, pulling it back behind her ear again. "I'm drawing, see?" She took her note pad and held it up. "I come here sometimes, just to clear my head." She explained. She grinned like an idiot, this was the first time she had been sort of alone talking to a boy for a very very very long time. Her Christmas wishes had come true. She would try and attempt to make a good impression. She sort of felt bad for leaving Nat alone with her sisters but she really just needed to get away for a bit. She smiled at him, trying to act friendly, which was easier said then done. "Oh sorry, I'm going on talking and I don't even know your name." Estelle laughed nervously. "It's a habit, I'm sorry." Estelle explained. "So, what's your story? Fruit Booter." Estelle smirked. "Well, I guess it might be better if I ask your name first." Estelle laughed.

Say I had given him to him and he had seen me first. He'd be mine. That's only if he hadn't already liked me though. Since he does, I'm glad he didn't drink it because I have a feeling that would have made him not like me." Estelle was caught in a daze. Wow... a REAL Love potion... or was it? How did she know it really worked? "Alright Estelle, if you want me to get rid of it sooo badly, why don't you have it? I'm sure you can find someone amazing to use it on. Don't worry about giving it back, I'm sure I'll find some more. Just go on and take it." "Ohhhhh no I don't want to get involved in this." Estelle told him. Even though it would be... interesting... it wasn't for her, it would go against everything that she thought was love. "I want someone to love me for me, not because I drugged them." Estelle laughed. "Anyway, I'm going to go out for a while, I just want to get some air.. But I'm glad that you didn't use it on him, it just doesn't seem like it would be right ya know? Finding real love isn't something that a potion can do.. you have to really feel it. Plus, I'm not going to meet anyone special.. it would take a loooong time." Estelle told her. This was kind of insane. Was still stuff being sold on the market? At least Nat didn't use it, that was the important thing. She went out to the cafe, getting a Hot Chocolate. She sat down at the table. This was so messed up stuff. She took out a notepad and started drawing to clear her head.

She popped her head up, pretending like she had just woken up, fixing her hair and then sitting up straight. "Oh, hello. Good Morning." She smiled. "Did you sleep well?" Seraphina asked.. "I'm sorry that I had fallen asleep, I had a few things to drink last night that I probably shouldn't have had. I must've just been so tired...." She explained. "I'm going to go to my room to freshen up..." Seraphina said, standing up and fixing her dress. "You're welcome to also in one of the guest bathrooms, I'll show you don't worry." She laughed, as they went back down the elevator. She looked around for a second, remembering where they were. "First door on the left hall, is one of the guestrooms, with a guest bathroom also. My room is the last on the right hall, you can come find me whatever you're ready." She said. "Oh, and thanks, for not leaving. Last night I mean.." She said, not making eye contact with him, it wasn't something she wanted to say to him. She turned to the other hall way, and went back into her room. She took a quick bath, did her hair, makeup and then started to pick out what to wear. She sat on her bed, waiting for him to come back. She heard the phone ring. "Yes?" Seraphina asked. "Hello Seraphina, where were you last night?" She heard her mothers voice for the first time in months. "I had a friend over." She said. "We forgot to go down to the party." She explained. "Where is she now?" Her mother asked. "They're just freshening up mother." She told her. "I see, well, Your father and I will be just thrilled darling. Ta-ta." Her mother hung up. She took a deep breath, and lied down on the bed for a second. They were really home. What in the world would they say when they saw Shane was not in a girl? She didn't exactly lie to them she said 'They' it could've meant boy or girl she just didn't correct her. She laughed nervously. That didn't justify anything. It was pretty bad, but we enjoyed making fun of it. After that, we held hands all the way to the park. We were both quiet a lot of the way and barely really talked. It's weird. But yeah. Then we got to the park and I leaned on him while we watched the fireworks, and he finally walked me back home." "Awwwwwwwww. Thats soooo cute." Estelle said, As Nat leaned into her she was surprised, nearly jumping. "I gave him some Cupid's Brew." Natalie then showed her friend the small vial. "It didn't really work though, he didn't drink the coffee. Even so, that may have made him fall out of love with me, so I'm glad it didn't." Estelle's heart started to pump faster and faster, like this was a really bad idea or something wasn't right. She had trouble breathing, her hands were starting to sweat, she looked over at the small Vial. It looked like, weird. She looked at it closer, they had things like 'Molly' a while back anyway, maybe this was some kind of Street drug. This was bad news. Bad bad bad bad baaaaaaaaaaad. She must've tried to drug him, that was the only logical explanation. "What, do you mean, '"It didn't really work though, he didn't drink the coffee. Even so, that may have made him fall out of love with me, so I'm glad it didn't."'?!" She whispered angered. "What is that some kind of drug? The ones the boys put in girls drinks at the bar to make them..." Estelle looked off in a dazed. She snapped out of it. "Cupid's Brew? You have a lot of explaining to do, I can't believe you would try and drug the person you have a crush on... What does it do?" Estelle asked, still sort of curious. "No no no no I don't even want to know, well I do but that's not the point the point is that Nat you should get rid of that right now. What if he found out you tried to use that on him, he would flip, or at least I think so. You have to tell him you tried using it on him and just come clean. I really hope you don't try that again..." Estelle went on ranting about how drugs were dangerous and how they could have a bad impact. "Now what exactly does it do?" She asked.

She remembered now, that they didn't make it to the party. She also remembered that her parents were lurking around the house, probably wondering where she had gone. Even though her parents would potentially embarrass her, she brushed the thought off. She could hear Shane's heart beating, her head on his chest, both of them still lying on the couch. She was so close to him, she debated whether or not she wanted to get up. She moved her hand from her said, and warped one of her arms around his waist, and moved closer to him. She said, opening the curtains in the room, letting the nice warm morning sun into it. "Rise and Shine Sleeping Beauty." Estelle said. "We have a long day of doing absolutely nothing a head of us." She started to laugh. "You DO realize that I was just trying to leave you 2 aloneeee so you could have happy fun times together, I really didn't have to go do anything. Well, Vega would've forgot so it's good that I did but you get the picture." She laughed. "So, tell me the details about last Night." She asked, putting a breakfast tray on her bed, and then getting breakfast for herself. "It went great didn't it? I can just tell." Estelle did a little dance then sat back down. "So, How did it go?" She asked. "I want to hear all about it." She winked, taking a piece of toast and stuffing into her mouth.

She got a drink out of the minifridge, a little bit of alcohol couldn't hurt anyone it was New Years... She was a little bit tired now though. "Hey, I have something else I want to show you. Follow me." Seraphina said, leaving the video game room and heading back into the 3rd floor main foyer. She went up a another set of stairs, and then took an elevator. She walked into the Observatory. "This is the Observatory, It's such a nice place to just, talk and relax ya know?" She sat down on the long couch like chair rapped around the fountain. She motioned to him, telling him to sit close to her. "Oh look! A shooting star, Since it's new years that must mean it's extra special right?" She said, putting her head on his shoulder. 'I wonder... no no it would sound silly if I did such a childish... well... I'm sure he wouldn't care... he's very... different' She thought. "Star Light Star Bright, The shooting Star on this New Years Night, I wish I may I wish I might... Have the wish, I wish tonight." She whispered. She thought about it, what would she wish for? She made up her mind 'I wish, that Shane and I get to do things like this for a long time.' She nodded to herself. "Did you wish for something Shane?" Seraphina asked him. "Ya know... Estelle said those words. "Star Light, Star Bright, First Shooting Star on a New Years night, I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight." They all said together. 'I wish... hmm... I wish that... hmm... I wish that Nat and Alex have a very good relationship, and that they'll come to love each other very very much.' She said. 'Can't you wish something for yourself for once?! You make me look bad!' She heard Vega's voice Echo in her mind. 'Ok ok, I also wish that, I can get over what happened as a child, and find someone who truly cares about me.' Estelle said. "Ok everyone, on my count, 1,2,3 Fly!" Estelle said, as they all released the lanterns into the sky. They watched as the New Years wishes flew into the sky. After Estelle and the family had a bit of a celebration, Estelle went to sleep. 'Seriously, where are they?' Estelle wondered. Oh well, she was sure they would be ok. With then Estelle fell into her dreams.

She sat down on the couch. "The start of grade 11. Not much to talk about. A little town, a small highschool. Radiant Sunsets. The sun shone down on my long, curly gold hair. As the wind blew by I could feel my pink dress flow along with the wind. My Ocean coloured eyes stared ahead. It was only a few more years. I had made bonds like no other here, at this school. My bestest friends. Demetry, a few months older than me, with spiked brown hair and bright green eyes. His smile lit up any dark room. Lorie, the boy next to him, was tall, Blond shortish hair with what we called ‘Anime Bangs’ He was prefect. Good at sports, popular. Everything a girl could want. Accept for me. I’m not like the others girls. I just never got along with any either. They had always been my friends. Lorie could be mean to the other kids sometimes, but I knew he didn’t really mean it. It didn’t matter anyway… cause I guess I was pretty mean too… back then... but people changed... and so did I..." Estelle started to read. "Oh yes, I love this story." Amaya said. Estelle smiled. There's a bunch of Computers lined up. Let me show you." She said, walking over. "This room is a little more toned down from the rest of the house, at my request of course, but they did have to throw the chandelier in here." She laughed. "It's so much fun, just to be able to have a room that's to myself. I'm studying and doing lessons and being schooled here at home as well, other then my room and the garden this is the only other place I have to just be me." She told him. Estelle sighed, drinking her morning Hot Chocolate. "It's tradition that we make lanterns and let them go into the sky, right when it strikes Midnight. My sister, the youngest, she says that they hold the New Years wishes, and you send them off to the gods. Something like that anyway. It's probably just a tale, but I think thats it's pretty cool." Estelle said smiling. "Anyway, what are you guys going to do tonight?" Estelle asked looking over at Alex. "Normally couples would do SOMETHING on New Years." Estelle winked at Nat, then laughed to herself, coughing a little bit. "I'm just kidding, but seriously you guys should go do something, it's technically your first New Years together." Estelle said, twirling her hair. She lied back onto the couch, there wasn't really anything for her to do tonight, and she didn't want to ruin their date. She changed back into her clothes and sat back down onto the bed. She took out one of her Grandfathers old journals and started reading. She heard the front door chime. She called the front foyer. "Yes your Grace?" She heard Lily pick up the phone. "I heard the door, please, sent my company up here to my room." Seraphina said sweetly. "Yes your grace." She said, closing the phone. Lily opened the door, "Hello, you must be Shane, we've been expecting you." She said, starting to make way to the room, and urging him to follow. The staffworkers went around them, or waited for them to past. There were many. One even bumping into Lily causing a bit of a stare down. She stopped when she got to the door. It had Seraphina's full name on a golden plaque and then the golden seemed to crawl down the door, making vines with roses all the way down. "Right through here love." She said, then turning away and going back down stairs. Seraphina waited a few seconds, then opening the door and letting him in. "Hello Shane." She said, sitting back down on the bed, and motioning for him to sit beside her. Her eyes sparkled happily and she smirked. "I'm feeling much much better, I really should be more careful though shouldn't it?" She laughed. "Sorry about the busyness around, I hope you were able to even get up there ok." Seraphina laughed. "My parents are hosting a small get together tonight, and everyone is running around." She said. She put her hand on his shoulder and moving it down his arm slowly. "Maybe you could stick around for a bit, if you don't have any plans for New Years that is." She said, as she put her hand back in her lap, and smiled shyly.

Her temperature was still high, the rest of her body was cold, and she didn't get very much sleep. She sighed, still lying down in bed. "Breakfast in bed Miss." One of her staff opened the door. "Thank you." She said, putting the tray on her lap. She ate quickly, wanting to lie down a for a bit longer. "Lily says you must stay in your room today, Miss." The same staff worker said. "Thank you for the message. If we have company, please direct them up there." She told her. The Worker nodded, then leaving the room. She sent off a text to Shane. To: ShaneFrom: SeraphinaHello Shane, I hope you got home Ok last night. Unfortunately I'm running a fever, and they won't let me leave the house. You're welcome to come over though. It's kind of lonely being all by yourself all day...Hehe She sent the text and got up out of bed. She went into her Bathroom and then starting to run a bath for herself. She stepped in up to the rim filled with bubble bath, feeling much better then she did this morning. She lied her head back, keeping her phone at the side of the tub. She through some of the bubbles in the air, laughing as they floated around the room. She sat back, thinking about last night. Had she'd been to forward? Probably not... She wondered if Shane had any past girlfriends. She wondered how many questions she could ask without getting too personal or making him annoyed. She turned on the tab and put more hot water in. She had a lot of time to think. She mentality made a list of questions in her head. 'Could I ask if he's a Virgin? Or would I be going a little bit too far?' She put her hand on her head. She got up, and starting cooking. After she was finished making toast, eggs and a few more things to go along with breakfast, she put them on the living room table and went to start a wake up call. She went up to Where Nat was staying first. She opened the door. "Good Morning." She said, turning the light on. "I hope you slept ok." She said, looking around. "Where's Alex?" She asked. "He didn't sleep in here with you?" Estelle laughed. "Anyway, Breakfast is on the living room table, sooo come down whenever you're ready." She smiled. Then she went hunting for Alex. She went down stairs. "Hey Vega, where did Alex go last night?" She asked. "In MY room." Vega said angrily. "I came up stairs after I closed up the shop and HE was already asleep. Damn boy, I had to sleep in Stella's room and I didn't sleep a wink, she doesn't stay much but she was sleep talking all night I'm not in a very good mood." Vega snapped at her, then going back into the back room. Estelle laughed so hard, she had to sit down, then she went up stairs and started eating. "How did you guys sleep?" Estelle asked them.

She walked away laughing, opening the door, walking down the stairs and then going down into the Flowershop. She loved teasing her. It was so much fun. "Hey Alex, Nat's staying with us for a while, so if you're ever looking for here she'll be here." She said, walking back up all the stairs. She opened the door to her room. "Look who I found." She told Nat. She smiled. "You're welcome to stay the night Alex. But remember I am all knowing and all seeing you guys, so no funny business in here alright?" Estelle said laughing as she went downstairs. She sat down on the couch, planing to watch TV for a little bit. She wondered about what Nat said to her. Would she really just... would she ever be ready? Maybe she would find someone. The memories flashed through her mind again, she lied down on the couch, holding a pillow tightly to her chest. After she calmed down again, she finally fell asleep.

But she kind of felt bad what if he got sick? "If I remember what the website said it's a Aquos 943SH. I won it in a contest a couple of years ago. I can do this to the screen. It makes it somewhat easier to watch videos or play games on it." "Wow thats so cool." Seraphina said, looking closely at it. "I've never seen anything like it." She told him. "Huh. Interesting." She said, watching the screen see to grow bigger. "I'm glad that we got to hang out again today." Seraphina smiled. "I'd better get home." Seraphina told him, standing up from the bench. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow." She said, taking off his coat and handing it back to him. "I'm guessing you're walking home?" Seraphina joked. "You're going to need that." She said, a sparkle in her eye. 'Now what? What is the customary way to say goodbye here?' Seraphina wondered. She nodded her head to herself. She kissed him gently on the cheek. "I'll see you tomorrow." She whispered to him, then turning around and walking off into the distance. When Seraphina got home, the staff were not happy one bit. They ran her a hot bath, and brought out some dry nightwear. "Seraphina Evangelina Carosella, what in the world possessed you to dress like that in the freezing cold winter, all day?! You come in here, soaking wet, cold to the bone!" Lily yelled in her heavily Scottish accent as she lain her down on the bed, a hot water bag on top of her head and a thermometer in her mouth. "And for what?! To look good on your date? That dress was way to short for my liking Seraphina you are testing me your grace." "I'm sorry." She said simply. "If you keep doing things like this your grace you are going to get sick." Lily said angered. "I told you I'm fine." Seraphina said, sneezing after words. "Not another word. No more going outside for you, if you want to see that boy again, he's going to have to come here and thats final. If your parents were to find out you were wearing those kind of clothes out with a boy, nevermind in the middle of the winter, they would have my head for sure!" She said, her hands flailing in the air as she left Seraphina to herself. She sighed. She didn't think that Lily would be that angry. She didn't plan on catching a cold. She was going to go apologize again, but her mind wondered and soon, fell asleep, her fever slowly subsiding.

"You ever have a boyfriend, or have your eye on someone right now?" Estelle blushed and was caught of guard. That was a sensitive topic.... "No no of course not that would be, silly... Umm..." Estelle started. "See I've never had a boyfriend I haven't had the time. I guess it's cause. I'm really shy, I'm quiet I don't really like to talk much in front of new people... but I felt sort of a connection with you, thats why I was so friendly. Anyway, 7 years ago, thats when we moved here. My father had passed in a tragic accident. At least thats what we were told. I still believe my mother killed him. But anyway, we moved here 7 years ago. "Vega was 21, so she moved us all here. She opened this shop, we lived here with our Grandparents, but we couldn't make enough money. Thats when I started working. I wrote Manga's and other kinds of books. It helped out but they didn't sell well very offend. After that, our Grandparents passed away and Vega become our legal care taker. Stella had Leukemia, so she was in the hospital a lot, and bills plied up. Soon I started skipping school, and then when it was time for my last year, I had to do both at once, and it was stressful. I graduated. Luckily I was always a good student. After she was treated, I stayed home and took care of her for a long time, up until I got into this school." I was going to start in the fall, but I decided to stay home a bit longer. After the play, I realized I wanted to come back, so I explained I wouldn't be around to help anymore. Between all this, I had bad experiences with boys throughout school. Spoiler She could remember, the darkness of being locked in the gym's storage room... one of the senior boys pressing her down against a mat. No where to run, or hide... trying not to cry out for someone to help her. She could still feel it, his breath against hers, him slowly taking off her uniform piece by piece. She held her head tightly. She had to stop, but when she started remembering she couldn't stop it, the scene still played out, She had to get it out of her head. She wanted to yell out now. She tried to calm herself. She looked at Nat, trying to smile, even though her eyes sold her out.

She got some Chocolate Chip cookie dough and stuck them in the oven, after they were done she put them on a tray, poured 2 glasses of milk and went back upstairs. "So, what else can you tell me Alex?" Estelle asked, chewing on one of the cookies and lying on her stomach, facing Nat who was on the other bed. "I know how you guys met and stuff, but what are his interests, what is he into?" Estelle asked her. "He doesn't seem the type to play any sports." Estelle laughed. "Oh, how old is he?" Estelle asked, still curious. This was so much fun. She wished that she hadn't come over with these circumstances, but it was so nice to just be able to sit down and talk. She wanted to know more about Alex, so she could see if they were a good match. They already looked so cute together, but personality wise she really had no idea. He seemed more quiet, like her. She was normally pretty quiet too, with people she wasn't comfortable with. But she already felt like they were all friends. She smiled. She was so glad she had made some friends.

I'm sorry but we're closed." Vega said, then proceeding to give her the Death stare until she left the shop. She was getting too tired for this. "I hope you're be comfortable in here." Estelle said, hearing a knock on the door. "Do you guys know a Lillian Hikari?" Vega asked. "I've never seen her before and you didn't mention her, she was looking for you guys but she looked kind of odd so I told her we're closed. Anyway, I don't know if she's left the area yet be careful. The last thing we need is a broken window." Vega told them. "Do you know that name? How would she know me anyway? And where to find you? Vega's right that's scary. Oh, sorry I wasn't thinking, is she a friend of yours?" Estelle asked, folding up more blankets and putting them on Nat's bed. She looked around, feeling a chill of wind she got close enough so their arms were touching. "It's a bit cold out here today." She put folded her hands on her lap. Even though she face was still as red as her hair, her arms and legs were freezing. It was not a good idea to not bring a winter jacket. She hadn't been thinking. School had been out so long she was starting to forget to do normal things. It seemed so hard to think of stuff to say, normally she didn't have such a hard time. School had been off for too long, her brain was already starting to turn off completely. "So... Shane-" She cut herself off. She looked over at his phone. She hadn't seen anything like it before.
