Not a racial description or race, but a stereotype. A style it may be, but it got a pretty bad rap when the artists of the style got unbelievably whinny with their music. Emo is short of emotion, and it was meant to produce a style of music that is full of emotion, but the problem is that most music, if not all is full of emotion. Emo tends to be whinny quasi-suicidal emotion, which is where the cutting and lonely jokes came from. Maybe someone will rise up eventually and deliver the Emo people to their promised land of razor blades and bad poetry and show that there's more to life than the stereotype that originated with the whinny music. Last I heard Fallout Boy is Emo in some way, and I like their music as you'll only find 1 or 2 tracks that ***** and complain. other than that it's alright. who knows, maybe bands like Fallout Boy will deliver the style from it's joke. I highly doubt it though as there's more influence in solidifying the cliche, due to most of the kids whinning along with the tastless music.

Sure you would've. Those matches ended up being real farces in the end. I spent half the time working on my short hop neutral!

I don't mind the occasional healthy pervertedness that guys have a brush with once in a while, but what you're getting at is more towards the objectifying of women. And I hate how music is becoming largely responsible. I have nothing against hip hop, it's a culture that is still young and struggling to find more grounded roots-- the music itself is amazingly rich and vibrant, varying by huge degrees. However, as many more cases are starting to become as such, it's just a festering ground for horrible (in terms of content and actual thought placed into the lyrics and music) songs. I don't think that the artists themselves should be blamed 100%, hell they're just businessmen that want money out of life. For about 40%-50% of the time record production agencies are pressuring artists to move into the "sex sells" margin as opposed to having them speak their mind. It's funny, most people believe that records that objectify women and talk of nothing but drugs and pimp culture are a result of too much creative freedom on the artist's part, when in fact it's really a partnership with record companies themselves. Sex sells, so they literally whore themselves to that market.

And if you're a guy that's posted here, you stared at some arse or bewbs before. There's no denying that every man has the potential to be a pervert.

It doesn't contribute to your growth as a healthy human being spiritually or physically. When you feel it building try hitting the gym or going for a run, it does the mind and body good. It's okay to get angry and frustrated, but if you find yourself feeling either one to be something common, physical activity can do wonders.

I'm probably the worst person at this game, and would be willing to challenge anyone for said title. I have no issue with rhythm I'm just weird at the game.
