Well I don't want to give a rating for it, but I still think it's very nicely done. You definitely brought more color to it so it didn't look so lifeless. The quality looks really good in both 150 x 150 and 100 x 100 so great job on choosing a picture with a good quality. The overlay of sparkles looks really cute and it fits the theme of the avatar altogether, I'd like to see you make some more avatars and experiment with different coloring effects. :3 Great job.

Well I knew there was speculation of drugs or whatever, but I do remember him having an E True Hollywood story with him saying he wanted to pursue music. For you to go and look that up must mean you were a pretty big Blue's Clues fan, then again, everyone was basically one when they were kids. x3

Wow the example of the concept artwork that someone created looks great. If they actually created Heartless that looked like that'd be interesting. Makes it look kinda creepy which they probably wouldn't do in the game because of the target audience and rating. Thanks for this, Mike. :3

Very pretty and simple, but not in a bland way. I like the lighting effect around the focal stock image and the glow that is given off by the effect at the bottom. Good choice of colors with the purple though as it fades to black it leaves a lot of open space. I guess it's not a problem for this particular tag, but I'd experiment a bit and see what could be done with that extra space. Other than that, great job. :3

Wow I didn't know that you were doing this without a tablet O: Really great job.

Only thing is that I think that the sky behind the wolf looks a little too blue. Maybe try toning it down a bit to make it more like natural lighting. Other than that the wolf being the focal point is excellent. :3

    I love this :3
Patrick was my favorite Spongebob character.
The coloring of his pants looks a bit dark compared to how it usually is, but it's still very good.
I love his expression and the finger-pointing. xD
    Great job. (:

Well to be honest, I have a couple of friends that know each other really well to the point where one of them just walks into the other's house and their parents are like "Yeah she's upstairs". (they're neighbors). They've known each other for a long time so I don't blame them. To me personally, I prefer to have friends that know stuff about me, but not to a point like my to friends that I explained. I'm not a mean person, so if I had a friend that talked to me how I talk to myself, or just knew so much about me, I guess I would remain their friend out of courtesy, but sometimes I tick myself off for random reasons. If that person randomly got mad like I did at myself, then I probably wouldn't remain friends very long. I guess it just depends on the situation. Wow I ramble for a long time >:C

Basically fractals are fragmented geometric shapes that can be split into parts and are used as effects in tags, photo editing, etc. There's actually a lot more uses for them not relating to creative works too.

As for these new tags, great improvement from your last set. In v1, you definitely made the text stand out here, which was what you needed to work on in your last one. You can maybe make the text in v2 a different shade of green since it blends in a bit too much with the green of the background. I love the effects and fractals around the focal point on both tag versions. Although in v2, the little circular fractal at the top near his weapon looks a little bit unnecessary. Other than those few things, great improvement from before. :3

As for the avatars, great job on those. A little simple, but very well done. ^.^

I think all of the avatars are really good. Try something new with them, possibly add some effects/gradients to them in order to make them look a bit more interesting. Other than that, good job with those.

As for the sigs, in the first one I really like how the blue is highlighted off of his armor. The one effect that you have that is green just seems a little displaced. Like Breakeven said, add some smudging on focal point to accent it a bit more and draw more attention to it.

On the second one, the green looks like it fits his facial expression since he looks afraid and the "night-vision goggles" green color for some reason just works for me. Get rid of some the the black empty space on the top right corner and add in some gradients with other shades of green and you'll be set.

Great job overall on all of these. (:
