OOC: Yes, time gap time. ;3 I believe you led the last one, so I guess it's my turn. A Few Days Later Namine sat in front of her grandfather's grave, ignoring the chilly wind that blew her hair out of place. It was a few days after Christmas, and she couldn't help but visit him. She had seen him a few times during the year, but the one year anniversary of his death had just passed, and she had to see him again. She was alone at that moment, and she wasn't sure if Roxas would figure out where she was. She had mentioned her grandfather the other day and how much she missed him, but that was about it.
Right, we need to come up with a solid excuse for Smith escaping the Realm of Darkness. As for the girls, which one do you think is better?
Cryin' For Me- Toby Keith
Namine saw Roxas' ocean blue eyes, and they were a bit unclear because how close they still were. Still, she couldn't help but let a small smile appear on her lips. At least one thing was going right in their lives. She was thankful for that, because they both deserved some happiness and peace.
You like it? 8DD I was hoping you would. Any questions you can think of about it? Any holes we need to fill?
"It's okay," Namine breathed, opening her eyes to see Roxas' face. She had heard that sadness in his voice, but she didn't think he should have felt that emotion. "It took some time, but..." But what? The next words left her lips without the girl thinking of what to say, the words just coming naturally. "...but things are alright again, you know?" She wasn't talking about their lives, which were still complicated and painful, but their relationship. The fact that they still loved each other was pretty much the point she was trying to make.
This is the last of it. =) During the final fight, I had the idea that Smith could learn any technique used against him. ex. He could learn “dark...
Namine lightly kept her forehead against Roxas', her eyes staying shut despite the fact that the kiss was over. She took in a breath and then softly released it, keeping her hand on Roxas' shoulder. That kiss had been unexpected, but she was glad it had occurred. Earlier she had been thinking that their first kiss on the lips would occur when the right time came, and, well, that time had come.
But Smith ambushes Riku, and he’s unable to hold Smith off. Smith takes both the girls, and Roxas and Sora return to Riku’s position to discover...
Namine held onto the kiss a moment longer, feeling as if either she or Roxas would have to pull away in a few seconds due to the lack of air. She didn't want to be the one to pull away, not since it was Roxas who had initiated the kiss. She ran her fingers along Roxas' cheek once before she lowered her hand to his shoulder, lightly setting it there.
I made some edits in the beginning (adding more details), so first I'll post that. Then I'll give you some new stuff. **This takes place after...
Namine allowed her eyes to stay shut, the blond lifting a hand without thought. It landed on Roxas' cheek, and she allowed it to lightly sit there as she kissed him. This moment just felt right. There was nothing more to it than that. And it was a great feeling to know that some things could really be that simple.
Yay, good timing! xD I came up with a lot more for the plan. ;3 Wanna hear about it?
Namine was a bit surprised at first, her heart leaping the moment Roxas' lips touched hers. It only took her one brief moment to tell herself to shut her own eyes, the girl lightly kissing him back. The kiss...it felt good. No, amazing. It was like she and Roxas really were the same as before. Well, at least their love was the same. And, at least for now, that was good enough for her.
Hi there! You're lucky you got on when you did; I was just about to get off! xP
Namine smiled softly, feeling a bit shy but not daring to look away. "You're welcome," she said quietly, holding Roxas' gaze with a shy smile on her lips. She didn't quite agree that she had stayed the same; obviously she had changed over the two months. But then she realized that at her core, she was the same, and she still held the same love for him even with his changes.
When Namine felt Roxas' gaze on her, she turned her head and looked at him, her blue eyes immediately finding his. She wasn't sure what to say, but she had a feeling that he wasn't done speaking, so she silently waited for him to continue.
No problem. =) And now, I'm off! See ya later!
Namine glanced over at Roxas out of the corner of her eye, but mainly she kept her eyes on the fire. "Hmm?" she hummed, not saying any words because she didn't want to interrupt. She would listen to whatever it was Roxas had to say, though she had no clue what was on his mind now.
Okie dokie, well, if you could pop on during the day sometime and let me know, that'd be cool. All this week, I'm going to be doing stuff in the...
