xD Still, I wish I could be kidnapped by my friends at least once. It would be fun if I ever had a day when I wasn't going to be doing anything at...
Namine looked down at the phone in her hand and then looked to the window, the girl desiring to chuck the thing out the window so she wouldn't feel bad about willingly missing phone calls for the next week. But with her mother sitting right beside her, she doubt that was a wise move. She exhaled a silent breath and put the device back into her purse, trying to focus on the music playing in her headphones.
Ah, touche. xD
Namine had her ear-buds in by now, listening to music as she gazed blankly out the windows. She was done thinking things over. She tried her hardest to make things alright again in her life, and she had failed miserably. Whatever. Life would go on, even if she was left behind. That's how it always worked. She pulled out her phone and texted Kairi a message, one that said she'd be in Hawaii for the next week. Once that was done, she turned off her cell phone, the girl having no plans of turning it back on.
Give Me A Sign- Breaking Benjamin
Eh, it can't really be helped. I understand that. xD Besides, it must be nice, having friends who care enough to force you to have a life.
Namine shut her taxi door hesitantly, looking around outside as the cab sat still. She felt sad when she realized that nobody was out there, and one person in particular still wasn't speaking to her. He wouldn't be coming, this time. It was too late. She closed her eyes and felt the taxi pull away from the curb, starting down the road in the direction of the airport.
That's it? xD It seems like a lot more.
Namine walked out the front door, shutting it behind her with her free hand when she noticed her mom waiting by the taxi. Her dad was driving a car with Ty as his passenger to the airport, so they would all meet there. Namine's mom had packed so much luggage that it would have been impossible for her and Namine to fit in the car, which explained their need for a taxi. She looked to her parents and her dad carefully took the guitar from her and set it in his car. Then he shut the door and moved to get into the driver's seat, while Namine and her mother entered the cab.
I Hate Everything About You- Three Days Grace
How many times do you think this has happened?
Namine turned and picked up her guitar, which was in a hard case so that it could be transported on the plane. Something told her she would be playing music a lot during the week, since it was her coping mechanism. What was she coping with? Well...everything. Everything that happened over the last two months, and what had just happened yesterday. And missing her grandfather on top of it. She sighed sadly and exited her bedroom, heading for the front door. It was time to leave.
I Will Not Bow- Breaking Benjamin
I wouldn't mind getting kidnapped once or twice. xD But it would get old after a while, I'm sure.
The Good Life- Three Days Grace
Namine exhaled a silent breath, looking over her bedroom. Ty was already in his cage and ready to go; he was going to come along for the trip. It would be complicated with the plane, but Namine's parents felt like she needed a companion. Oh, how badly she needed that. They couldn't know just how much she needed it, since she had never told them the full story about Jeff. She shook her head and grabbed her purse off her bed, cell phone inside.
Hi there. x3 You get kidnapped a lot, don't you? xP
Namine looked to the doorway when her father came in, the man giving his daughter a look that said he was concerned. He wordlessly walked up and gave her a kiss on the top of the head before nodding towards the suitcase on the bed, silently wondering if Namine was done packing. The blond girl nodded and watched as her father lifted the baggage and carried it out of her room, towards the waiting car.
Namine numbly packed her mp3 player into her purse, though she hesitated throwing her cell phone into the bag. She wasn't going to use it. Nobody would call her, except maybe Kairi. And though Kairi was her best friend, Namine didn't want to discuss this with her. It was bad enough that she had asked her to talk to Roxas about everything, since she had really put Kairi in the middle of things. She knew her friend didn't' mind, but still, it wasn't a position she wanted to put her best friend in.
Okie dokie, thanks for letting me know. I'm sure I'll be awake, so see you then!
