I agree it does sound more realistic. And even though when S-E tried something new with FFVII: DoC and didn't do so well on it, this doesn't seem as much of a drastic change in the type of game it will be. It looks nice, but I'm not sure if I need or want this game. Sometimes I think Square gets a bit ahead of themselves when it comes to announcing games then releasing them so many years later.

In the first tag, I can see that you were almost going for a blood-splattered effect, which is good considering it's Elfen Lied, but it looks washed out to much. It kind of looks like you just plopped the render down in front of a background. You need to maybe add some smudging around the focal image. Also try doing the same with the text. It stands out more than anything else in the tag does and stops the flow of it in general. As for the second one, the whole thing looks a bit dark to me, though it is an improvement from the first tag. Try blending in the text better and maybe adding a backlit effect to the stock so that it doesn't get lost in the tag so much. Nice work here, Pika. I hope to see more of your stuff. :3
