It looks like a really good start, but just a little plain. Try adding some effects in front of the image so it doesn't look like you just copy and pasted it on top of a background. Also, maybe put some smudging around the her so she can blend in with the clouds a bit better. Try backlighting the text with a glow so that it stands out a little bit more. Fill in the empty space with gradients and it will be much better. :3 Good job, and I liked the series too.

Yeah, as for the problem with her brain, she could have a problem with her Hypothalamus. The hypothalamus influences food intake, weight regulation, fluid intake and balance, thirst, body heat, and the sleep cycle. That's probably part of the problem.
Wow, this is a really dumb idea. I agree with the second amendment and all, but it's just common sense not to put people in a position of danger if someone has a burst of impaired judgment.
They need to be more careful about who they give airplane licenses to. Seriously, there have been so many plane crashes that there needs to be more precautions when it comes to whoever is piloting the plane.
The parents need to listen to what the doctor says and stop feeding this child. They also need to learn when not to cave in just because their kid is throwing tantrums.
