Mhm, it looks a lot better with some of the yellow dots all over the place. You made his ring shine compared to that of the original stock. ::L:
Wow great lighting effects, etc. The different colors of the text look really good and I love the little snudge/motion blur details. Take out some of the dots or at least make them glow less of a greenish color because some of them just look a tad out of place. Great job, Cam. :'D
Yes, Hans Zimmer composed both the Pirates of the Caribbean and the Gladiator soundtrack. I just noticed this too. :3
Yeah the trailers didn't seem all that great, I didn't quite get it. You described it better than the trailers did imo. I might go see it now, I actually think a friend of mine wanted to go see it tomorrow or something so I'll tag along. :3

I think she did it to avoid over-saturation of the manga scan, but yeah I agree. I love Hayner's expression in the background. Great transition of the orange-like color in the window to a close to white color. You're really good at this. :3
Wow I really like the smudging effect. Though try adding some sort of back-lit effect to bring out the focal more. I like the color of the border. It looks like they threw a smoke grenade or something. It's really well done. :3

Great job on recognizing where light is coming from. The shadowing under her chin is really good. Though you missed a little in the corner, I'm not going to be nit-picky about it because in general it looks fantastic. :3
Sorry I didn't respond to you on MSN when you said you wanted to show me what you had so far. I fell asleep, I was exhausted. O.o The way you colored the manga itself looks really great. I don't like the border as thick as it is, but that's just me. The background looks good imo, and I think the colors work really well. You do edit really good like you told me. Great job. :3
It's really good, just try to make the hand that's waving look like her palm is face-front not the back of her hand. Also, if you try making the background in GIMP, use different layers so it doesn't get in the way of the actual drawing. Good job though. :3
These are good, but I don't know if you were trying to draw them chibi-like or not because of their proportions. Gai's arms are really stiffly drawn and his hands looks like they were just sort of put there. Try making his stance more relaxed and drawing and elbow to make it look more realistic and less like a twig. Good job over-all. :3
Wow I love the red, and the different shades you used as the left side went into a shadow blends really well. The skin-color is great, and I really like the color blue you used for the letters. I don't really have any complaints. Great job. :3
I really like the smudging and effects around the stock, but the rest of the tag seems a little dark. Try brightening up the outer-lying corners with some sort of lighting effect so it doesn't just seem like dead space. Good job. :3

Wow thank you for the update. It's always good to hear new scans of this game are getting released. The character Yaang looks cool. Though Final Fantasy is running out of names to choose from. I think there was a Yaang in Final Fantasy IV too. xD I read about Odin being Lighting's summon. Each of the I'Cie have their own summo, and the summon will be related to the I'Cie powers of that character. The moves sound cool, I can't wait to see them in a video somewhere. x3
