These are actually pretty good! I would work on lighting techniques and look up tutorials on those if anything so that you can add some depth to your sigs. Other than that you're good at keeping a color scheme corresponding to your image so it's good that you grasp that aspect of sig making. Good start!
I've always liked that picture it's very nice. The text in the banner is a bit plain, but text is a hard thing to get right to begin with, also I would try to spice it up a bit, maybe add some depth into the banner through the use of lighting techniques and shadowing instead of just adding an overlay of color because when you do that it doesn't look like you did much else. It's a good start though!
It's good to be proud of the work you did, that's the first thing that you need to acknowledge about art. It's a good start but I would look up some tutorials on deviantArt on different techniques and such, just by doing that your skills would improve by a large amount. Also, try to download a program like GIMP or the free trial of Photoshop, a lot of those tutorials correspond to those programs.
I like the clouds in the upper right hand corner since it corresponds with the theme that you were going for with the "skyward" name as part of the title. I also like the image of Link you used, especially the sword and how it appears as if it was painted. The really light blue isn't really my taste but as long as you like it then that's all that matter. Overall I think you did a pretty good job of unifying the theme of this wallpaper in connection to the title of the game itself.
I think I've gone through all of the browsers and now I'm probably going to stick with Chrome. I just like how it doesn't appear clogged up with a bunch of toolbars, etc. Even when I get my Macbook Pro in a couple of weeks I might use Safari just because it's part of the Mac but I will probably just change back to Chrome.
I really liked X and XII as well, and like you I think I enjoyed XII's battle system more. But, in all honestly, I think the Paradigm system for FFXIII was sort of a creative idea which I commend them for that and I don't hate it as much as others did. What I really found annoying was how linear the entire game was, but not to the point of not enjoying the game at all. It was really aesthetically pleasing. I'm pretty sure Versus XIII is having a battle system like Kingdom Hearts so that should be pretty cool, considering the underlying story. That being said, I'm sure it's all easy for us to say what we want, and sure they are a company built for consumers just like pretty much every company is, but like everything it takes time and money and from their reports even though they're reaping in millions of dollars they're still falling short of quota so hopefully that brings it to their attention enough to actually go back and change some things about their games. Just because they have the physical capability to make sequel doesn't mean that every game they make needs a sequel.
I actually have a CD copy of that game, why do you ask?
the store is still down, i believe they said that the store would still take a few hours-days in order for it to be back up and that they would probably be going up around the same time they announce the welcome back package.
Most of the east coast is up now, I'm so happy. Now I want that free stuff I was promised.

From my experience you have to not to them for a really long time before you can actually have a civil conversation with them. And even then, you have to be really careful because things can take a turn for the worse really quick. I like talking to everyone so the occasional "small talk" is usually okay.
because let's be honest, RCT2 was the best one. welcome back childhood.

yay, it's nice being back for the awards after being gone for a year :'D
I think the concept has the potential to turn out to be an awesome sig! But yes, I would look up some tutorials as stated before about lighting and effects placement. However, I really like the color scheme going on on the right hand side of the existing sig in all 3 versions. It reminds me of when gasoline combines with water to get sort of a rainbow-y effect.
It's good that you've decided to get into sig making! I commend you on that because once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty fun to see what sorts of things you can do with it. With this being your first attempt, it's all about experimentation, which I can see you tried. If you don't have a good editing program like Photoshop or in some cases Gimp, I would test out some of those and look up some tutorials. They have some pretty good ones on deviantArt I believe. Photoshop is pretty expensive but you do have the ability to download a free trial on the Adobe website for a period of time. Gimp is free, yet I would really try out Photoshop, it's the professional standard. And remember, making a sig is not purely just about putting a photo on a blank canvas, it's about manipulation of elements such as light and color. Text on sigs is pretty difficult to get right so keep practicing! Good Luck!
This is splitting hairs. Honestly, you all know very well what the point of the "War on Terror" is, because there is an eminent threat to our society. It may not be a person or a country as a physical entity, but that's why there's a little thing called "terrorism".
