Namine chuckled softly, knowing that Roxas sometimes felt intimidated by her parents; her father, especially. "You would have been in serious trouble," she said, agreeing. "They probably would have banned you from the fridge." It was no secret that Roxas ate a lot of food whenever he came over to her house, but if he did any damage to the home, he most likely would have been limited with how much of their food he took.
I've never gone to one (except when I was born). xP If you want. xD I just posted something that kinda needs a response, though. Just jumping...
"Thanks for not burning down my house," Namine said teasingly, a smile on her lips as she gazed at Roxas. And thanks for...well, everything else, too,she added on mentally, her smile widening a little bit. This dinner was a sweet idea, and she couldn't help but be in a good mood because of it.
Ooo. Dx That stinks. I hate seeing doctors.
Namine looked at Roxas across the table, seeing how eager he appeared to hear her response. A soft smile appeared on her lips as she sat down her fork beside the plate. "It's good," she said with a soft nod of approval. Really, she was a little surprised. But she supposed that if he was following a recipe Kairi gave him, then it would have been hard to mess up too much. Nevertheless, she was proud of him.
You Are More- The Letter Black
That's bad. Dx I've never had one before, so I have no idea how they feel.
"Mmm," Namine hummed, nodding once as she reached for her fork. The food looked edible enough, so she wasn't overly afraid. Plus, she doubt Roxas would have served her anything if he didn't think it was good. A small smile stayed on her lips as she twirled some spaghetti on of fork, then bringing it to her mouth and eating it when that was done. It tasted good, and she was proud of Roxas for having the courage to cook a full meal again after the ham incident.
No problem. xD Have you ever had a panic attack before today?
Namine laughed softly, remembering how Sora had found the event so amusing, even when the smoke was pretty bad. She and Roxas had been working hard to get it under control, and Kairi was scolding Sora for how he couldn't take anything seriously. Of course, though, that had only made things more humorous for Sora at the time.
Overdose- The Letter Black
I'm glad to hear that. And I'm not going to let you stay up till 2 or 3 AM RPing anymore. xP No more panic attacks for you!
Namine felt most of her shyness disappear, a smile appearing on her lips as she lifted her head and looked at Roxas across the table. "Remember the time you tried making ham and you nearly set your house on fire?" she asked, amusement coming through in her voice. That had occurred a long time ago, but it wasn't something that she planned on forgetting any time soon.
Wow. Dx I'm so sorry. Are you feeling better?
Namine felt warm, and she knew that it was because of her blushing. Chill out, girl! she told herself, trying to chase away her shyness. She had no reason to feel that way around Roxas, even if his behavior tonight wasn't completely familiar to her. He was acting...very romantic, and charming and sweet. She had seen hints of these things recently, but never this out in the open.
Oh my! =o How'd that happen?
Namine felt herself blush in shyness, though she wasn't sure if Roxas would be able to tell in the candlelight or not. "Thanks," she said shyly. Say something back, she commanded herself. "You too." Wait, did I just say he looked beautiful? "I-I mean, you look handsome." She lowered her gaze to the table, blushing deeply now. Why was she feeling so shy?! It was driving her nuts!
Aww, it's no problem. Everything okay? =/
Namine looked over at Roxas across from her, seeing the flames reflected off his blue eyes a little bit. As mesmerizing as that was, she caught herself looking into his eyes for another reason. This was a side of him she hadn't seen for a while; not since he and Sora left over three months ago. She couldn't explain it, but he just had a different look in his eye tonight that she found comforting.
Namine glanced at her chair, seeing that Roxas pulled it out for her. She looked back up into his eyes for a moment held and held his gaze for a second, somehow mesmerized by both his act and by the look in his eyes. "Thanks," she said softly, forcing herself to snap out of it. She sat herself down on the chair, eyes wandering to the food in front of her.
