GTA4 is a solid 9. It had a decent story, fun online, great graphics, change of gameplay was necessary and worked out great, and it had some memorable characters. Probably not as wacky as the other GTA games or Saints Row, but it was still good.

I didn't understand why it was given 10's. In my opinion it was a solid 9 because although you're right it was repetitive as **** and didn't have any of the things that made the old games fun I still had a blast just racing through the streets and shooting *****es.
