How about the silver heart that appears in KH's title?

Yeah, those are great, just a bit big.

I know, this is mainly aesthetic, but couldn't we get better rep & online/offline icons? They look somewhat out of place, at least the online one. The 2.0 would look great in this dark background.

Not really important, but I observed we got new icons for our respective e-mail services, so maybe we could get this other two icons checked too.

Okay, this is my failed attempt at creating something similar to "lack of color", I've never worked with real people stocks, but it went smoothly. I'd like some CnC. I think they came out pretty bad.

I remember that a woman who was pregnant lost her baby. They shouldn't bring children to those kinds of things. It's too dangerous.

See? That's what I meant about consideration. I don't really mind too much, since you still do the staff job correctly, and above that are very level headed, but it's like you just leap at the opportunity to strike.

Most of my the reminder was regarding this thread, and how there really is no need to exploit a misunderstanding, and much less give out...awards.

Oh, hey that's a good example to use. Let's say you're a very blunt person, and your partner asks you to tone it down. It doesn't mean he doesn't love you the way you are, but if both learn-one to accept and the other to change- then it works out.

Well, there are some things the person should love the way they are, or at least for the sake of love accept them. Like for example, there are aspects of appearance which I cannot change.

Adding to that, there are also some personal aspects a person should not ask you to change, unless they somehow are devastating enough for a relationship(drugs, alcohol, ect.)

Love isn't merely a feeling. The love you feel for a person is what makes you wish to change-albeit, good changes-and try and be a better person. It also makes you accept the differences and defects of another person. Love in it's truest form, in a relationship works, because they both give, and out of the same love they also receive. Love in reciprocation is what makes relationships work.

Sometimes you will have to sacrifice and fight to keep things afloat, and that's where love comes in.

"I love him, and therefore I will..."

"I love her, and that's why I must..."

We've all heard these, and in a way they explain what I'm trying to convey.

    @Wolf & Styx:

You guys clash too much. And yes, I know you guys may say something along the lines of : "I was merely...", well tergiversating things still lead to some crude results. Consideration may be at order.

Well, I'm not that great with smudging either, but you need to smudge in a manner that flows with the overall tag. It looks like you stamped the plus signs and then smudged them.

One thing that works is, duplicating the stock layer and smudging it to whatever you want. Or just simply paint over a new layer, in the area where you want the effect and then smudge and blend.

    Experimenting is essential.

You used to nice things, and you did pretty good. My only complaint is the smudging? effect around her lower body, it doesn't flow. Normally I'd say the negative space is wrong, but this looks fine. If not underdone.

I still think it's kind of sloppy, but that's not to say it's bad.

I'll go with Styx and Rosey (aside from the reject his ass xD)

I'm not completely certain that you should right out reject him or accept, either. You may not understand your feelings for this person. Sure, now you're saying he may be just friends, but maybe you will find some attraction in the future.

If you still don't, given the time and all, then certainly reject him. You shouldn't force yourself into something you don't want. I partly agree with Styx, as long as you give things time.

That's very critical of you. But, I'm thinking the grey matter part pertains to her mind, in which case meaning she is human. Styx couldn't have used "white matter", in order not to contradict himself, but that's something else in the nervous system.

Lol, Imagine if Catherine is a white alien.

Ehm, every human has grey matter, Cariad. It's in the nervous system. Whereas the statement of her being white can be mostly figurative and explained in the narrative.

I can't even summon a mental picture of her condition, nor create a mental image. It's like we are still in struggling with her mind and have not seen the real world.

On a side note, who is calling her?

I'd like to see how she interacts with the rest of the world, or will she simply struggle with herself the whole time?
