Just remember that if it becomes a price issue you can always get a couple cheap covers to handle the additional wear of using the pen like that and you won't be all that much worse off for use since the fingers over pen thing on osu! is a personal preference of mine that not everyone shares.
You might want one with a touchpad feature in that case. I think it's easier and less wear on the tablet than using a pen.
I've only used wacoms in the past. The bamboo series is alright but you need to be a little more careful with it than I was because I frayed the USB connection in just over 2 years. The intuos line is better but not as much as you'd think, but you don't have to worry about wrecking an integrated wire setup because it's connected via a generic miniUSB to USB just like any older phone or PS3 controller. It's also wise to invest in surface protectors if you press really hard or if you just generally don't treat your tablet with amazing care. I hear that there are some really good tablets for cheaper but I've got no experience with them so I'm not gonna even get into them.

Okay, I'm gonna tell you how to beat Frank Capra. He's really easy to cheese to death if you're short on time. Basically, run up to the top of the stairs, kill the following dogs then stand on the door frame to the left when facing down the stairs. Frank will follow you up the stairs but bounce of your shield and fall below the door. Drop attack him while he's not midswing. If he's not dead, do it again minus the dog killing part. Only easier way is to just spam soul arrow instead of drop attack resetting.
