You had me at Pokemon: THE LOST WORLD!! :D I am so down to participate in that one, along with the Elemental; I mean who doesn't want to be a crime fighter? The Mysteries of Grimm sounds like a rather innovative way to rp; at least if I think I know where it's going. So you'll definitely have my character sheet for that one.

You know, after having the chance to play FFXIV: A ream Reborn, I feel they have the potential to make a great Kingdom Hearts MMO; if they actually bothered to really dedicate resources into its production. Think KOTOR, but kingdom hearts and with BETTER real time action gameplay like vindictus, Phantasy star online 2, etc...heck they can probably make it better and without the instances too. Imagine if you could actually personalize your own keyblade(that's probably pushing it).

^This probably will never happen, though I know. :c

Dang, I have to say...whenever you put time travel in the mix of a story like this...it really starts to mess with you. :c Is there a secret report or something that tells us how YX first decided to get off of Destiny Islands and then transpire into learning more about the darkness WITHOUT Ansem SoD meddling to avoid a paradox? I mean there clearly has to have been a beginning point; unless Nomura is just going to leave it at that...

The dark damp dungeon had a grim mood about it, he’ll admit that much. So when the chinaware offered to help them in finding a way out, it was welcomed. Krowely had introduced himself as well as the other members of this keyblade crew; Mrs. Potts and Chip having introduced themselves right after. “So this is the famous Krowley Base had been talking about…” he thought. Even though Krowley got his name wrong, he thought it to be nice to have been considered. “D’daear. It’s D’daear, not Dale.” He pointlessly corrected as he briefly looked at Chip. Krowley had begun to ask Mrs. Pott a few questions, which D’daear thought to have been important. “Where IS the Master of this castle?” He thought to himself as he overheard the two engage in conversation. A loud roar reverberated throughout the dungeon walls. It took him by surprised as he jumped at the sudden scare."What was that?!" he exclaimed. Krowley began to signal that it was for the best if we investigated.

“Wait, what? But, but…” he began, before watching Krowley run off towards the dungeon exit. He sighed, admitting to himself that it was for the best to go investigate. The Master of this castle COULD be in danger. He looked back at the others with a stale face before following suit to where Krowley had gone; figuring everyone else aside from the objects would follow

D'daear approached everyone to see what was going on. The talking teapot and cup snatched his attention right away. Blue Eyes widened in disbelief at the sight of the animated objects. "No way...a talking teapot...and a cup...I've seen it all..." he muttered under his breath. D'daear nodded at the teapots willingness to help. He figured it was best to get out of this mess before making introductions to the other 2.

D'daear shook his head, attempting to shake off the dazed feeling. The room began to readjust, according to his eyes. "uugh...what a great way to start off..." he groaned. On the other side of the damp barely lit room, he saw Base walk up to 3 other individuals; not noticing the teapot and cup near them. Out of the 3, he only recognized one of them; Steel. The unfortunate entrance was now in the past. He smiled, finding it a boost in his morale to see another familiar face in the room; besides Base. "Hey, Steel! Looks like we ended up in the same world!" he shouted from across the dungeon. His voice echoed throughout the large room. D'daear heard this, and in a moment of distraction, forgot about everyone for a moment as he took to listening. He found it amusing to listen to his own echoing voice. "Heeeelllooooooooo!! HeeeellloOOOOOoooooo!"he shouted in his excitement. The rooms acoustics was just too much fun; coincidentally not being mindful at whether it would annoy the others or not. "Wow! This place is so awesome! I mean sure it's a bit gloomy, but maaan.."

Square Enix has a vast array of antagonists from their previous titles such as: Final Fantasy franchise, Kingdom Hearts, Brave Default, The 3rd Birthday, Musashi, and some other games I probably don't remember.

It can be any Antagonist ranging from the grunt to the main villain of the titles story.

My favorite as of recently: Caius Ballad.

Even though FFXIII-2 was somewhat of a mind boggling experience, the way that they were able to really develop Noel's and Caius's character was just lovely; although it could just be that I tend to be easily impressed. I won't say much in case some have yet; and are planning, to play FFXIII-2 in the near future, but I will say that Caius isn't all he is out to be in the beginning. This is ultimately why I like Caius Ballad. He's strong in both Character, and force. He's got his goals, and he's not afraid to go after them, however ridiculous his point of view may be.

So tell us! Who is your favorite Antagonist?

There can only be one! >3

Please forgive this lengthy post, but I implore you to take the time to read this. Hopefully this will get my point across.

What I was trying to get at is this: We're comparing a Xemnas who clearly shines in the Kingdom hearts universe, with Darth vader who shines in the Star Wars universe. Comparing two characters who are limited by their own universes laws and physics is just...silly. Clearly Xemnas would destroy Vader because, in Kingdom Hearts, the physics is ridiculous whereas in Star Wars the physics is more realistic; assuming the force is not involved. We have people running up a skyscraper in Kingdom Hearts...A SKYSCRAPER. Come on! lol

In the Star Wars universe, the only way that could even be pulled off is with the force; I assume as it is literally the only way you can even pull off all of these cool abilities like running fast, and jumping high into the air.

S.W Vader Vs. KH Xemnas > Outcome > Xemnas winner

My P.O.V of this: If you move Xemnas into the star Wars universe, he would be bound by the LAWS and PHYSICS of the Star wars Universe. This would debilitate Xemnas's performance drastically as he is now bound by more realistic laws. He could no longer do all these flips, teleporting moves, tossing buildings aside, etc because there is no such thing as Nothingness. Since Vader is already powerful in HIS universe, Xemnas would definitely NOT win.

S.W vader Vs. S.W Xemnas > Outcome > Vader winner

Now, let's say VAder crosses over into the Kingdom Hearts universe where basically jumping up 50 feet in the air is childs play. We already have a seasoned Sith who had training in the force, and swordplay since he was but a young padawan. His robotic implants has clearly not weakened him as we clearly see him still being able to do all these great feats in the Star Wars games. Now, seeing as the force is only part of the star wars universe, I will have to say that vader could still put up a decent fight without it, albeit Xemnas would definately come out on top as Xemnas has a large array of abilities, whereas Vader does not without the force.

Note: The reason I say Vader will put up a decent fight is because Kingdom Hearts physics is just...silly. So I would assume in a battle like this, Vader would at the very least be mobile enough to do stunts.

KH Vader Vs. KH Xemnas > Outcome > Xemnas Winner.

NOW, this last part I talked it over with someone(We were nerding out about this) who shares similar views to this. If Vader were to cross over to the Kingdom Hearts universe WITH his force abilities, then we would definitely have a battle of just epic proportions. Why? Well, let's look at the facts:

On one side, we have Xemnas who has the power of Nothingness( a somewhat equivalent of the force) where he can toss buildings, use ethereal blades, shoot beams, warp into a ball of nothingness to become immune and move about, summon a large square shield to protect himself, and etc. Also, he is very acrobatic.

On the other, we have Darth Vader whom can wield the force, and wield a lightsaber. Now, let's not get hasty. A large arrays of Abilities means nothing in a fight; it just means you have more aces up your own sleeve.

What do these two have in common? Well, they have both been trained in sword fighting at a rather young age; Anakin being the youngest of the two as clearly depicted in S.W Ep.I: The Phantom Menace. We don't really have a definitive idea of when exactly was it that Xehanort started his training in becoming a Keyblade wielder, but seeing as almost everyone started in their late teens...

My deciding factors in terms of swordplay: It doesn't matter what AGE you are in sword play as Master Xehanort wrecked everyone, and Lord Sidious wrecked a group of Jedi's when they were going to arrest him in SW Ep 3: Revenge of the Sith. As a matter of fact, it's proven that the older you are, apparently the better swordsman you are due to the years of experience and wisdom. I don't remember if Terranort ever regained his memories, but if not then that kind of resets his swordplay...

    Moving on to abilities

Xemnas: He clearly has a lot. There's not much to explain as I'm sure we have all played Kingdom hearts. lol...right?

Vader: He only has the force on his side, but it can be used in so many creative ways.

Now, I'm not sure if that's StarKiller or Vader...but assuming it's Starkiller, it is just a testament to how powerful Vader really is considering the old saying, "The student can only be as good as his Master."

    http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Force_power

The above Link shows all the known possible ways of using the force. Examples of ways to use the force are: Force-Slow(Stop spell basically), force lightning, Force Cloak, force choke, force Maelstrom, etc.

Keep that in mind as Vader has evolved over the years since his Debut in Star Wars Ep IV. He is now being depicted as more than a mere meat bag under an iron lung. He is stronger, durable, resilient, and capable of holding his own(He is known to have the highest Midi-chlorian count)

With all this in mind, would a Vader with force powers in the KH universe(where the laws of physics are constantly rendered useless) be able to defeat Xemnas with his wide array of abilities? Be honest with yourself, and not biased because of Kingdom hearts being an awesome franchise. (I'm with you on that one.) Vader would become unchained, capable of fully unleashing his true potential as he is no longer tide down by his kind of realistic way of going on about in the S.W universe.

This is what I was trying to portray in my previous answers. I believe Vader would come out on top. There should be enough evidence in this post to hopefully broaden some views in this thread. .

D'daear happily nodded as he jumped on to the back of the glider, behind Base. The excitement overwhelmed as he began to imagine space, the very thing that harbored other worlds including his own. "Space...The final frontier." he said in a deep voice as if mimicking a certain someone. The glider roared to life and lifted off incredibly fast towards what looked like a beautiful Castle. The unexpected power of the glider pushed D'daear back, causing the boy to almost fall off if it were not for his quick reflex. Held on tight to the side of glider, finding it awkward in having to wrap his arms around Sebax for grip. With his keyblade still in hand, he made sure to grip the seat even tighter. They both zoomed through a pathway of space, something that he never imagined being able to experience in his entire life. D'daear's hair, and clothes swayed rapidly at the extreme-speed they were both going. Light was being bended in this new way which gave access to faster travel. To him, it was an odd experience where many colors of lights were mixed and blended in this bizarre worm hole of sorts. It was a Psychedelic experience for him, one which he would most likely never forget. His eyes widened at the bizarre show of lights. "Whoooaaa...." he managed to utter in his lost trance. The pathway in-between was truly beautiful in its own way. At the end of this journey, he could faintly make out the void that would relieve them of this travel, and welcome them to their destination.

The travel felt like mere seconds. They exited into what seemed like a damp dungeon where crates and barrels seemed to be all but common. It only took a second for everything to spiral out of control. The glider collided with an object unseen by D'daear which in turn pole vaulted them forward into the stone pavement. If it were not for the protective barrier, and Base's armor, they would have had some disgusting injuries. D'daear's body hit the pavement hard, only slowing his momentum. His body rolled to a skidding stop, having landed onto the new world; the glider had already made itself comfortable atop a pile of broken crates, and barrels. The barrier surrounding D'daear's body shattered, releasing him from his safety. He got up, dazed from the experience. "B-Base?" he called out, his voice weak from the unexpected turn of events; unaware of the others presence.

But that's the point, these are characters in a game. :/ Putting that fact aside, so far I have yet to see the ethereal blades used in any cutscene to Cut through anything.

That's a compelling argument, but like I said Vader has the force a his side which has been proven to be used in the most of creative of ways throughout the series: spin off books, games, shows, etc. On the topic of Midi chlorians, those are microscopic lifeforms that symbiotically live within living cells, meaning the cells in our own body, plant life, etc. Now as pointed out in Kingdom Hearts BBS, it's not hard to move around armor... lol Heck, with the way the characters seem to defy physics in Kingdom hearts, adding Darth Vader into that mix would really bring out the bad (Pardon again) assery of the character

A good example: In Kh2, Sora and Riku are seen fighting Xemnas in the pre-final battle where all those buildings are flung at them. Riku, although well built, is able to cut clean through buildings using a keyblade.(Ex. ended)

I don't know exactly what makes a keyblade a keyblade; unless the weapon itself is literally made out of the power of light or dark, but I know a lightsaber can definitely cut through almost anything. If you place Vader in that reaction command instead of Riku, I strongly believe Vader would easily slice clean through the buildings. To further prove my point, Sora is an ordinary boy, confirmed by Nomura himself. If an ordinary boy wielding a keyblade can beat Xemnas...well...how can Xemnas beat Vader when Vader has the force at his side; which is not magic by the way.

Now, on the subject of Lightsabers, Xemnas's ethereal blades are clearly seen not being able to cut, but to just deal blunt damage. This fact is proven by the final showdown where we see Black/white coated Xemnas's swing one of the blades at Sora. Riku valiantly takes one for the team to his side, which resulted in giving Sora an opening for that devastating finisher. When Riku takes the hit, we clearly see that all it did was whack Riku on the side, not cut him.

I know Xemnas has a wide array of abilities; as already stated by a lot of you, but Vader has the force which isn't something that everyone can learn to control. To further strengthen the argument of the force being a more reliable ability rather than having set in stone abilities, the force can be used in a numerous amounts of ways to the point where if you're creative enough with it, you can definitely nearly do almost anything.

You all prove a valid point, I must admit; although in all fairness there wasn't much wiggle room to begin with. lol BUT, for further arguments sake, the main fact that vader can get tossed around like a rag doll, and still survive is a testament to his endurance. Also, his apprentice is also a testament to him being a good teacher. In the beginning of Force unleashed, you play as Lord Vader strolling through the Kashyk(sp?) world killing wookies with ease. He displays the following force abilities: Force push, Lightsaber through, and this ability I think called Force wave or w/e(Basically he does a DBZ thing where he unleashes the force from within and cause a giant 360 shockwave to envelope the surrounding area.

    Going Nerd now.

Now, not to (pardon my language here) BS my way through this, but we're talking about two distinct characters in their own Universes with its own theology and physics. If you put Xemnas in the Star Wars world, just how powerful would he be? If you put Vader in the Kingdom Hearts Universe, just how well will his abilities be amplified? What if we put the two in...let's say...the Soul Caliber Universe where basically everyone is on equal fighting terms more or less? I believe these are all things we must put into account.

What I'm trying to get at is, we're comparing two very different characters where they truly shine in their own universes. Saying Xemnas is better than Vader is like saying Coke is better than Pepsi. They both kind of taste the same to me, albeit with their small difference in flavor, but ultimate they're the same thing.

    K done nerding out. lol

HHMMMM.... Xemnas definately has a large array of abilities... Although, has anyone played Forced Unleashed? At any rate, as much as I believe mansex Xemnas to be better, I don't think I'll be throwing Vader under the bus just yet. I mean, Vader can force manipulate anything to his advantage. It'd be pretty cool to see them fighting on equal terms(SoulCalibur or something)

Actually, Vader CAN run fast using the force. Heck, the guy can jump high too with the force. This is proven in Star Wars Battlefront II.

Base's index finger touched his forehead, and in an instant he was gobbled by a magic that was fluid enough to take his whole form. He watched as the magic took in his shape, covering every part of his body. "Whooaaa..." he gasped in amazement. He poked his chest to see how the barrier felt. On contact, a sort of ripple spread until it ended. "Wow Base, this is pretty awesome! Thank you." Base began giving him advice, which D'daear thought it to be helpful to remember them. "A dive to my heart? How do I do that? The closer I get to the light, the greater my shadow becomes?" he repeated quizzically in his mind. He shrugged it off, not carelessly though. At the moment, he would be focusing on getting ready for their trip; but he would make sure to heed those words in the future. After listening to Base, he nodded his head. "Alright! Here goes then." he said, taking a step back from Base to give them room for his new vehicle that was about to be formed. He closed his eyes and extended his hand outward to summon the keyblade; hopefully it would.

"Alright Keyblade...listen...I need you now. I'm new to this, but I know I'll catch on soon enough. So...lend me your strength."

D'daear began to focus, believing in all his might that the weapon would emerge from wherever it was it came from. If he was going to be of any help, it would be necessary have to summon the weapon without a moments notice. Light collected itself in the area where his extended hand was. In a split second the light extended itself, taking the form of the keyblade he was currently wielding. The light soon faded away in to nothing, leaving behind only his weapon. He gave a sigh of relief. He believed it would come, but somewhere in the back of his mind there was that, 'What if', statement. He felt his heart surge for a moment, feeling it beginning to calm down. Now it was time for the tricky part. He looked up at Base. "So what, it'll just transform into some random flying machine or do I just have to imagine it myself?" he asked rhetorically. He sighed through his lips, mimicking the sound a horse would make when tired.

"Alright Keyblade...I just need you to turn into one of those glider things, and then I promise I won't bother you again." he thought to the keyblade; as if it was some sentient being whom he needed its permission. D'daear tossed it into the air with all his might. He watched it as it arched after reaching its peak, falling out of the areas perimeters and down into who knows where. Shock and terror filled him as he had suddenly just tossed his keyblade overboard down into who knows. In desperation, he ran towards the edge, hoping that it would somehow be within grasps reach. "No no NO!" he shouted as he ran to the fence. He peered over, seeing nothing but a deep mist in a land filled with green. The poor boy leaned over the brick fence, hating himself for his stupidity.

"Stupid, stupid, stupid... Why did I throw it?" he punished himself. He was so disappointed in his stupidity that he didn't want to face Base, who was awesome enough to believe in him when he was low in confidence. "Base...I'm sorry... Gah, I'm such a-" he was cut short by the keyblade reappearing in his hand. It threw him off in its surprise reappearance. He gripped the handle, holding the tip of the blade with his other hand. The boy brought it close to his chest, his heart relieved at the sight of its return. D'daear looked over at Base; holding his Keyblade close. "Uuh, can we just share your glider for now? I can try again perhaps when it's time to leave the place we're heading too...." he asked, feigning a cheezy grin. Even though a keyblade would never leave its Master, the unknowing D'daear felt safer holding on to his keyblade for the moment. He approached Base's glider.

    "So...can we?"

D'daear listened to the person known as Steel, followed by Base. It was kind of them for attempting to get him up to speed with everything. This was all new to him, so he didn't understand the majority of either explanation. "Difficult? I could barely summon my keyblade last time!" he thought, frowning in his mind. He nodded at both of their explanations. "Right, not a difficult process. Gotcha!" D'daear smiled, feigning understanding. They summoned their keyblades and conjured these bizarre shaped vehicles as an example. Base got atop his vehicle which; when D'daear thought about it, resembled a motorcycle in its own way. The scarfed individual waved them off, apologizing for having to leave so suddenly. "Oh, alright. It was nice to meet you! Maybe we'll-" but his good bye was cut short by the exiting Steel, leaving D'daear with a stale face. He turned back to Base, giving him his full attention now. D'daear once again nodded, this time in agreement. "So where are we going exactly? Are we going to the same place everyone is going?" he asked, pointing to the sky where he had witnessed all the gilders pass by. He was summoned here for a reason, or chosen by the keyblade for a reason. If he was going to be effective, he wanted to get up to speed with everyone.

"Well, at any rate... Let's do this!" he shouted in excitement/determination. He lifted his hand into the sky striking a heroic pose, and summoned the keyblade, only to have nothing appear. His grin hardened, his joy fading away fast at the embarrassment of trying to look cool. "Come on, come on... just focus...project your hearts desire, and manifest!!!" he thought to himself, once again shooting forth his hand into the air. Still nothing. A small bead of sweat slid down his temple. His jaw tensed, his frustration beginning to manifest. "Oh come on!" he shouted in disappointment. He flailed his arm around, hoping perhaps it was all in the flick of the wrist or something. Suddenly, the keyblade manifested itself. D'daear smiled, having finally summoned his weapon. His heart was racing, but he couldn't tell whether it was because of the keyblade, his flailing around, or just him being excited. Either way, taking a deep breath to gather himself, he tossed his weapon into the air with an underhand throw; his eyes filled with excitement and wonder at the kind of vehicle his keyblade would transform into. It didn't even reach the peak of the throw before just falling flat on the ground with nothing to show for it. The keyblade disappeared, leaving him with nothing. His excitement shattered as he gave a down casted sigh at the dilemma. The nineteen year old was oblivious to Base having mounted his ride until he looked up. Base had activated the contraption that spawned the armor over his body. Now he had seen it all; or had he?

"H-how did you? I look away for a second and all of sudden you have this armor on?" he blurted in bewilderment. He was curious now, walking a bit closer to him to inspect his armor; D'daear kept a fair distance away from Base in order to respect his space. "So this armor...it can fend off the darkness?" he asked, putting his hand on his chin in a thoughtful gesture. D'daear shook his head at Base. "No...I don't think I'm ready...at all... Not yet, I need time to prepare." he said as he now understood just how behind he was from the rest of them. All of this info was beginning to give him a headache, it was quite frustrating. In fact, with his attempt at summoning the keyblade, creating a glider, and now needing armor...it was all just too much for his inexperienced mind to take.

"Keyblades, glider, armor?! Darkness, worlds, and who knows what else?! THIS IS ALL JUST TOO MUCH for me!!" he exclaimed as he ruffled his hair with both hands in a show of frustration; kicking the floating box with options out of their cut scene. It was all indeed frustrating to the newbie. He took in a deep breath, allowing himself to collect his thoughts. The frustration subsided, acknowledging the fact that this was probably all part of the learning curve. "Alright. Base...by any chance do you have any spare armor lying around this place? I don't want to get touched by the darkness..." he said, not knowing that all he needed was a piece of gear which with a firm press would summon the armor.
