They're pretty similar in most regards, but Gatorade's sodium content is higher. It's more designed for intense athletes, and while both are not very good for you unless you just ran two miles, Powerade is better for the average person. Or, it was. Apparently Gatorade's been kicking up its health game. Normal Powerade is better for you than normal Gatorade. I like the taste, but that's opinion.
Powerade is way better for you and it tastes pretty similar. It also doesn't try and branch out, you know? It's just a straight up sports drink and it is my one true love.
