If you think Demyx is going to let Xeltic get away with what he pulled to Verxonica he's sadly mistaken. He's not going to like the outcome what...
(OOC: Edited) Cloud rested on the side of a wall, his lungs feeling like fire was burning through them as he tried to catch his breath. His endurance was being pushed to the limit and all those levels of the castle were beginning to take his toll on him. He felt fatigued like he couldn't go on. The only thing making him continue this ardous struggle was the plead of his new friend forever trapped and witnessing any sort of danger. He couldn't allow himself to rest not when Demyx needed him. He was the only one who could come to his aide for the other members were else where and if given the chance they would refuse not wanting to waste their precious time on the musician. "Demyx hold on I'm coming. I'm not going to let that ******* hurt you anymore in anyway. You don't deserve it," he caught himself from shedding any tears even though he felt that they would fall at any moment. He had to keep up the chase no matter what. "There is no way you can be like any of those heartless *******s. You're one of a kind and I'll make sure you find happiness at what ever cost." Demyx sank lower on his knees listening to Xemnas announce his fate. If he had a heart it would be crushed into tiny pieces. How could something so horrible happen to such a sweet and cool guy like him? He covered his head with his hands for a minute ashamed to show himself as a member of the notorious organization. For over half an hour, his leather gloves remained firmly on the ground thinking of how he should respond? Under his breath he cursed his pitful existance for even behaving in such a manner. He would not allow this to be his fate if he could help it, but he dared not to speak out of turn afraid the words would spell out his end. He had to remain loyal at what ever cost. Speaking that above a whisper he bowed to the superior showing his loyalty to the one who had brought him life. "If I have to make up for all my mistakes by staying in this nonexistence then so be it. If you reconsider I promise you I will forever be in your debt and pledge my enteral gratitude to you. I understand I will not be forgiven without punishment, whether it is being lashed, chained and hell even spanked like a child for acting like one.I apologize for my actions earlier and know that befriending Cloud had nothing to do with my betrayal. I was hoping for you to utilize him in your way which would help us take out Sora or any other pest since Cloud does harbor a deep darkness from his past and you could use that to your advantage." He paused and stood up to his feet shaking his head. "I just don't know who Iam anymore? These memories of who I was keep haunting me and I wish you could get rid of them so then I'll truly be able to fanthom what it is like to be a nobody instead of acting upon such foolishish pride." With that he tore away from Xemnas not being able to look upon the one who could keep him in this very room for enternity. In his mind he was scarred, but hid his uneasiness and fear not wanting to show the boss he was weak. He had to remain strong at what ever the cost. Just when he felt he was going to give up all hope and accept his fate,he spotted the boss preparing to leave and saw his slim window of opportunity to escape his hellish prison. The only way out was having to go through the very same portal Xemnas was going to leave with. Sighing and knowing what he had to do, he remained silent even though his mind was telling him to dive in and escape. Looking at the boss, he sighed and held his head up high, his eyes pleading he had done the right thing.
"Ow! All right. I wouldn't want you to set me on fire or anything," he scooped up all the chips in a pile, picked them up and tossed them in the trash. "I'll get the other bag," he tore it open with his teeth and was munching loudly taking his time with each crunch. "Is Luxord going to come here or not?" he said with his mouth full.
Sounds real neat and I got a lot of time on my hands so I'll be Demyx please.
"Oh you don't look so good. We should find you an elixer and ether, whatever one that heals," Demyx forgot what which one did what. "Then after that we can find those heartless I was talking about."
"I don't think the boss drinks alcohol?" he mused imagining Xemnas getting drunk. "No there is always a reason why certain ones were chosen to become members and not slaves to us. We all have a purpose besides getting our hearts and the sad thing is that you don't even know what your is do you?" He pointed at him after tapping his shoulder to annoy him.
"You know those female heartless that I saw before and had more fun than I can imagine with are still here. Wouldn't they make good nobodies or do you think they are even worth our time? I'll tell ya one thing, they sure were afraid of me." A smirk formed on his face as he bragged about his accomplishments to Axel. "I wasn't even done scarring them yet."
As he kept reading Xemnas's thoughts page after page, he held his finger in place as a bookmark before spotting something else in the hidden area. "Now what is this?" Sticking his hand down again, a old dusty scoll of a language was inscribed on the work that he couldn't see for it looked to be like plans and symbols and scribblings of different drawings of the heart, heartless and the creation of nobodies. "Man what is taking her so long?" He got up from the floor and portaled to the dungeon with the items in his hands.
"Duh I knew that. You know Zexion you really should think before you speak at times. There is obviously a reason why I'm a member of the organization and not a dusk ok?" he looked the other direction.
Demyx with his hand now touching the metal flooring, had his palm face down and he kept feeling for anything at all. He then felt something smooth and pulled his arm up hanging onto a what seemed to be a journal. "Oohh... These look like the boss's notes of research," he turned the page and saw a picture of Ansem. "That must of been the boss's heartless and sure he is ugly," he flipped through the other pages and giggled when he read some of the more personal entries. "I didn't know he liked to do that?" He chuckled at this one entry that read the boss's personal thoughts of the floating heart of Kingdom Hearts. "If you love it so much why don't you marry it," he laughed holding the book close to his chest as he lay on his stomach reading more of it with his feet dangling in the air.
Demyx nodded and and turned his attention to the fire wielder. "Axel you know where that is at right?" He placed his hand on his hip and stretched his right leg making sure he didn't pull anything from the battle. "But what are we going to do about those other heartless you know the two girlies I was teasing?"
