Which manga is this? I want to try my hand at some manga editing >:B But anyhow, I think this is pretty good. I really can't comment a lot on the effects since it's really simple. But the feel you gave the whole thing is nice. I would probably add a bit more shadows and lights. But there's really nothing to complain about.
This is what a I noticed the most. And I really feel it hurts the overall image. on the flip-side. It looks like this is a major improvement in your techniques, Plumzilla. I suggest working with adjustments and some Dodge and Burn to create some depth into the whole B&W tag.

TitanTX: This almost looks official, which is cool. Looks like you did some smudging, which is really hard to do at first. But you managed nicely. Noroz: Okay, I feel like you need to work on the stock and the whole contrast of the sig, because it's really hard to discern what's going on. But the effects used are pretty nice.
