Harbonah didn't want to allow all of them to get out of this alive. As Lei had told him, Dark Angels didn't play fair and Henrik was hardly surprised at the outcome of everything. Naturally Sam would attack her, naturally she would retaliate by killing one of their own, and of course they were left to deal with the aftermath. Now that they were all free, Cassandra took the initiative by fighting Alana who was shortly joined by Sam.

A few swipes of Nakah was more than enough to cut down several of the possessed but as he approached Alana to aid the other two Fallen, only more stood in his path. Henrik growled lowly and, rather than fight either of the possessed, used his power to shove them out of the way to make an opening. He charged straight through the path he made for himself towards Alana.

'Girly is attacking head on, Abby is taking her from behind, so why don't you flank her?' Henrik stabbed his blade towards Alana's side, trying to ignore the painfully obvious advice Lei tried to give him. He had eyes, he knew that surrounding Alana would be the fastest way to finish this.

So far the funding has exceeded $2 million. Almost $200 thousand more for console release! Also, this will be on the official box art:

If you don't get the joke, then leave this thread and never come back. Well, donate all your money first. Then leave.

    Deep Down

Unfortunately, the video libre posted is pretty terrible. There's only a few good moments there. Of course, that's obviously not his fault(dammit Capcom, just release the gameplay bit and add in the commentary later).

    BUT THIS IS EVEN BETTER.

Yeah. I know. ...I wonder how far this prequel will go. If it's based on the manga(which is canon so long as Tabata likes the story...which he does so far)...then Machina and Rem will really shine in the spotlight(again). If it's...

About another cycle or a period within one cycle...but before the main characters of Type-0 have their events play out...well...that would be really interesting.

Hm. So many options for a prequel. So very many. Type-0, by itself, has one of the largest and in-depth histories of all Final Fantasy games ever made.

Hm. Not sure if this means Type-0 is getting localized. It used to be called Agito XIII. Just because it got renamed doesn't mean that "Agito" didn't show up in the main plot. Actually, it's an important element in Type-0 but I won't be spoiling that for everyone else.

Being captured was not something he had in mind. Lei had even suggested, more than once, to simply take over and attempt killing this Dark Angel on the spot. Even if Lei could do that, Henrik did not want to waste his strength fighting this girl when Temeluchas was the one he was after. Now they had to pick two to die. Henrik's first thoughts were to pick this girl and...well..."zombie" girl. Before Henrik could make the suggestion, Lei spoke up on how Dark Angels hated to lose. Technically it was not against the "rules" to make that choice but it would never work out.

Harbonah did mention something of interest however. Demons that resided in another Fallen. That meant there was at least two. Were there really any demons to be killed though? Which angel was Azazel anyway--Henrik's head snapped towards Joslyn, forced by Lei's own will. That was the one who had "demons" inside. Well, there was only one logical option now. "Kill the demons inside Azazel then."

'What? Are you getting tired? No? Then pick up the pace! Cut, stab, stab, sidestep, cut, stab, and repeat!' It was an easy pattern to memorize but doing exactly as Lei instructed was hardly an easy task especially when following his instructions to the letter would occasionally leave him open to getting cornered, something Henrik had to quickly remedy by telekinetically shoving back the ghouls. Something wasn't right. He had not seen this many at the hotel entrance when he first spotted the horde. They should have been done by now. Either their fighting was drawing more in, which seemed to be the best explanation, or...well the alternative was something far worse.

Henrik eyed the others who fought. They were continuously using their powers despite the fact that a good stab to the head was all that was needed to finish one of these things off. Burning them was not a better option. They must have been tiring while he had yet to break a sweat. Of course, even at a snail's pace in draining his strength...he could not last forever. Maybe fighting wasn't the best option. Henrik's eyes shifted towards the cars. Those were surrounded. 'Great. Just great.'

'Use Nakah. That's what it's there for.' Henrik sighed out in annoyance. He had been doing just fine with his powers alone but if Lei wanted him to use a sword then so be it. The tip of Nakah's blade pierced through the head of a ghoul as he shifted the form of the wand into a sword. It did bother him that it took the form of a wand to begin with. Why a wand? They were supposed to be angels, not wizards. The transformation was quick enough to warrant the use of a new idea that came to mind.

Henrik transformed the blade back into its unthreatening form and just as another "zombie" approached, shifted its form back to stab it right in the head. Such a tactic seemed far more conservative than actually swinging the blade around but at the same time, it took longer. So Henrik decided to alternate between shifting forms of Nakah and actually swinging the blade to cut down on their enemies. Of course, Lei took the opportunity to insult his blade-wielding prowess though Henrik did not hear him over the sound of the crack of bones he had just ripped into. Another thought did occur to him however. 'If you took over, would you be able to clear up this mess?'

'With both hands tied behind my back. But if there's another wave and you're body ends up too tired from the use of my full power, that won't be a good thing.' That was hardly any help and Henrik was not about to take that kind of chance. Just because he had saved several of the others once hardly meant that they would stick their neck out for him so he kept pushing on without the assistance of Lei.

Henrik reached into his coat to draw his--Lei's--revolver. He allowed the other two boys to head out first as there was little point in just immediately abandoning his post when he wasn't sure if the others were awake yet. He knocked hard on one of the doors as he began to make his way towards the front entrance, accidentally knocking the door open. Henrik didn't bother to check who was inside.

'Move it. They've already started without us.' Lei urged Henrik. Needless to say, Henrik was hardly pumped up for action, he just wanted to get this over with as quickly as possible. With only eleven bullets for the gun he knew he had to make them count. Getting up close and personal was not an appealing option to Henrik. The first shot fired cracked like thunder causing one "zombie" to collapse and another to stumble as dark blood oozed out its shoulder. Four shots until a reload. He fired twice more and another two fell under the echoes of the shots.

Henrik fired off the last two rounds in the chamber and as he reached into his coat in an attempt to reload he began to get swarmed. 'I guess now would be a good time to try something new.' He would run out of ammo before the area would be cleared and he knew this would happen before drawing his gun. Lei would have to scold him later about watching where he placed himself in a fight. With his free hand Henrik waved it in an arc towards the approaching ghouls. This was followed by a loud pop that shattered several nearby windows and a sort of bluish vapor that rapidly expanded outwards from the arc Henrik had made. His ears began to ring from the sheer volume of the sound but those that had tried to overwhelm him had now fallen with a severe laceration on their abdomens, one of which was deep enough to split the ghoul in two.

'What the hell was that?' Lei spoke up. '...What a way to waste your strength. Don't pull something flashy like that again.'

Placing the revolver back in his coat pocket Henrik responded with, 'Basically I pushed the air so hard that it caused a sonic boom, super-heated, and combusted.' He stepped back away from the mob in order to give him a few quick moments to recover. 'I just wanted to see how effective it would be.' No response came from Lei this time and Henrik could tell that was due to frustration. Taking a deep breath Henrik reentered the fight, this time deciding not to pull the same stunt again.

    DAY 29
    Sunday, October , 2013
    [IMG]

It was only until the end of Henrik's shift did something finally happen. At least, something more than the random sounds of those things passing outside the hotel. A group of them stopped in front of the hotel, seemingly ready to head inside. Henrik knocked on several of the doors as he passed them by to wake up those who had not stayed awake all night like he did. "Wake up everyone! We've got company." This was a short post because Henrik's shift was last and Arch felt like the day should start with a Henrik post this time around.

"Zombies" were what the others wanted to call the things that they were forced to kill. They were more like possessed humans than anything. If there had been another way, Henrik would not have participated in killing them but Lei only urged him on and Henrik needed some kind of outlet for his anger. Of course, he did not need to waste a single bullet for such a task. Clearing out the hotel may have taken a good while, made shorter by the fact that Henrik refused to stick near the rest of the group, his powers proved to be more than sufficient. Perhaps it was too easy simply using telekinesis to drive objects through their eye sockets but it was quick and required minimal use of his strength. By the end, he had not even come close to tiring.

Henrik raised an eyebrow as he saw Alistair walk away. He wasn't so sure about letting the man leave the hotel alive but gunning Alistair down in cold blood hardly seemed like it would make the others anymore comfortab- 'Who cares about the others?' Alistair was not out of sight by the time Lei spoke. 'Great. It's not as if we can't chase him down and kill him.' Henrik went into one of the rooms, ignoring Lei. 'Well? ...Fine. Whatever. You should have listened to your better judgment.'

Rather than sleep, Henrik would wait until it was his shift. He had no reason to trust the others and with Lei up and about within his mind, would hardly get any real rest anyways.

'Why don't we play a game?' Henrik sighed. 'I'll give you the name of an angel and you tell me how you'd go about killing them.'

'Are we really going to do this?'

'Would you rather talk about Iris?'

Henrik folded his arms and took in a deep breath. He could only hope the night would pass quickly so they could get moving.

Funny that you both mention this since I'm on record for saying that I've been trying to come up with a "Star Trek-esque" RP. I didn't really think that anyone would be interested in something like that but I have done a little bit of groundwork for an RP like this. Maybe I should actually consider making and posting it this month.
