Suggestion: Don't eat candy or caffine after 7 p.m. or 6 p.m. thats how evil is....-__- try not to watch movies not to scare you that will affect you at night.... if your heaving your mind on sdomething stop and relax....that is where your brain is worried and stressed out.... try watching funny shows that help(big bang or Glee of some sort) anything to make you laugh..... try doing these before bed also talk to your docotor about this or your parents or an adult that you trust...K?
