I can't say much but I think you made his face (or whatever that's under his gun) too blurry. And I kinda agree with D.Cloud about the text. But all in all, you should definately make it less blurry.

Aside from anime eh... Umm...I don watch a lot of tv but aside from anime I watch -stuff that occasionally pop up at Disney Channel (my little sister watches that so if I ever get bored I take a peek sometimes) -Spongebob Squarepants (I dunno y...just to kill some time) -The news (any news station I dun care) that's about it...If I ever wanted to watch anything, I get it online.
