" So much for knowing Jonathan, why don't you go ahead and talk instead of making her do it. It's not like I'm going to be getting out anytime soon to be visiting a sector archive especially in the state I am in." Yjuna said sighing as she took back the picture.
" I'm not sure, you tell me. I'm the clueless one here. But after I do have picture of my father. It is the only picture I have of parents after leaving home since I wasn't allowed to take anything with me once they adopted me into the experimental program." Yjuna said pulling a newspaper clipping out of her breast pocket and unfolding it. On the newspaper it had picture of a Asiatic man in the prime of his youth and at his arm a beautiful young European woman. On the headlines of the article listed below the picture explained the death of two peace activists after attempted peace treaty signing.
" Well, thats perhaps you don't know me because I'm such a nobody. Not many people do. Anyways my father was Japanese I think, he did brag alot to me when I was a child that he was part of a noble family which I suspect is a lie and he ran away but that's all I know for sure. I don't know what Jonathan expects to hear from you." Yjuna said as she drunk her wine.
" I see, well Jonathan hinted to me that you knew something about my relatives." Yjuna said closing her eyes as she leaned her chin into her palms.
" Of course I'm not the only person whose experienced such a thing, knowing what the empire is like, its kind of impossible for me to be the only one. Can I ask you, have you ever been broken ? Anyways whatever you say isn't going to matter to me." Yjuna said drinking at her wine, her face completely void of emotion.
" Well I don't know what that is like, but I know how it is to live life as if you were nothing but a inhuman tool. Yjuna said almost cracking a smile as she sipped her wine.
Oh I see, well let me know when you have a idea for sure who you want the father to be.
" Aunt huh? So you know who my son, Albeir is . . . I see . . so why did a princess run away when she knows pretty well she has a family?" Yjuna said as she picked up a glass of wine and sipped it slowly.
" How can she know anything about that?" Yjuna said putting a grape in her mouth and ate it slowly with a almost bland expression her face.
" Well I guess I'm not human anymore if I don't desire as much as one does. Anyways I thought you mentioned something earlier that you know about a possible family of mine still in existence. Can you elaborate more on that ?" Yjuna said watching Mia come in.
Phisoxa ventured towards the middle of the dining room where Rould met up with her. He smiled at her and put his hand on her shoulder. " I think it is about time to give you news on our first mission. We are to venture to the shadow lands or othrwise the terrotories of the dark residents to spy and perhaps gather some imformation to see whether or not they are intending to take a chance at attacking us or not and how large their numbers may be. We will masquerade as one of their kind so it would be easier to maneuver around without being snuffed out. As for your companions who accompanied you from the school, the council recognizes them as warriors now so they can come with us if they wish. You hear that, if you want you gentlmen can come along with us to attend Phisoxa on her first mission since there isn't much else for you to do." Rould said directly to the young men. "Lord Victor Norman shall also be accompanying us, you know him, he was the one sitting at the table for brunch earlier. Hes coming along to help us along the way." Rould said as the man with the serious expression from before came up from behind him, he already had his traveling cloak on and things ready to go. A few servants ventured in carrying traveling cloaks, and individual traveling and messenger bags filled with provisions and tools they would need along the way.
" Oh I see, so why are you doing this for me, I thought you people wanted nothing with me. Whats with the elaborate feast, I thought a higher being like you wouldn't have a need for eating." Yjuna said eating a grape slowly.
Yjuna nearly jumped at the sudden interjection. " I see, so they plan to do something with me, sounds like they are going to throw me into a cell for the rest of my life, oh well, what is the fun in that?" Yjuna said sitting down at the table and grabbing a piece of chicken a handful of grapes and eating sparingly with what she had.
" They locked me in? Thats weird, is this where they intend to keep me? I don't understand I thought I was a fugitive not a honored guest." Yjuna said wander over to the table and she then stopped to scope the room for anyone around. " Hello?"
" What is this ? I thought I was on a enemy ship, not in the imperial prince's chambers. I guess Jonathan is more elaborate then I thought. Sounds like him though." Yjuna thought as she glared at the feast but she did not develop a single hunger for it. She stopped wanting a long time ago when the empire broke her to a point that the only thing she wanted was freedom.
