"Angels made this mess. Why are you so inclined to clean it up?"

    "There needs to be retribution."

    "Why?"

    "Too many people were hurt."

"Including that girl you care about?"

    "Yes."

"And this isn't about enjoying a good fight?"

"I don't enjoy fighting. I need to fight. They need to be struck down. You know how it feels with having Araquiel living in your brain. It's little more than instinct, feeling like you must be the one to punish them. It's more than that for me. I've...known for a long time now that I'm not supposed to exist. Just by being it's like I'm an affront to God. Even if we win I don't think that'll go away. It still won't change the fact that my kind still isn't supposed to be here."

    "Then why fight?"

"Because it's the right thing to do. If I can make one person suffer for all this pain it'll be the one that started this. The same person who made sure our families were ripped apart. The one who killed that girl for the sake of some sick bonding ritual. The one who put us in a war that's already torn away one of my kind away from us. Lucifer. I can't change the past but at least I can say I did something to shape the future."

"Your mother would be proud to hear you talking like that. I know I am. Don't hold back, Soren. I know you're afraid of letting go and giving in to that dark nature but you're stronger than that. Stronger than me. Come. It looks like the End of Days is about here. Let's make sure we come out on top."

    "Thanks...father."

Henrik took a deep breath as he flicked his sword watching as blood splattered onto the dirt. Leviathan looked a good deal more intimidating than Lucifer, if only for the brutal savagery he could practically see emanating from him. Richard seemed ready to take him on and Henrik was inclined to allow him to. Lucifer was the root of this chaos and the one who was responsible for having the nephilim kidnapped. This was all on him. Araquiel agreed to this and, as the Angel of Vengeance, would have loved nothing more than to see Lucifer fall by his blade.

But this would not be easy. Lucifer was far stronger than any other angel. Even with Soren they would likely be outmatched. They would have to deal with that when the time came. For now, there were an army of demons to cut down in between.

"Then that leaves Lucifer to myself, my son, and anyone else who wants the bastard dead." Henrik called out towards Richard as he started to step forwards.

    "And the demons?"

    "Free game."

Oh. Okay. Well if Xehanort had Sora on his side it would screw things over for the good guys considering Sora's pretty much the strongest person on their team. If Xehanort had Sora, after making the X-Blade, wiping them out wouldn't be so hard if they didn't have to worry about Sora since he has a way of...getting in the way.

I'm not sure what you're getting at. It doesn't have to "not matter" on who the lights and darknesses are for his plans to work. I don't remember anyone ever saying that this was a preordained thing. All Xehanort said was that there needed to be 13 darknesses and 7 lights to clash for the X-blade to be formed and that his previous effort was too hasty and not the right way to go about it.

He just wants 13 of himself because he's got loads of darkness. As long as he can force the 7 lights to fight against his forces that's all he needs. But you already know that. ...So can you elaborate your point a bit? Was the whole "Xehanort having a light amongst his Xehanorts" a reference to him wanting Sora?

Definitely creepy. I wouldn't think to bring that up because it's just...one of those things that...yeah. Creepy.

Don't worry. It's not Slender Man you have to worry about. It's me. Don't look out your window. B)

XD That was a strange episode. I can imagine it really being a little scary for a kid.

Anyways. There are a lot of things that are gross that can classify as disturbing. Gore is one of them...but aside from the obvious (disgusting) things I guess if we take into consideration things that are scary rather than disturbing, silence is a huge one for me. The unknown so much scarier than having your fears come to reality. Your imagination is your own worst enemy. That's disturbing enough. Sadly, Hollywood does a terrible job at understanding that.

This went on for so long. It never ended. In the end we agreed everyone is Xehanort. /late

I was a little surprised at how much Tony, his company, and his father were mentioned in the film but glad because it makes sense. Stark Industries is huge. And Stark is smarter than everyone at SHIELD.

Seeing him as a target made me want to see him help out the Captain but then I remembered his suits are destroyed. Unless he already made new ones...which is totally possible.

I just wish there was more of the Winter Soldier.

It's pretty obvious that the big moment will be Donald dying...then coming back about 5 minutes later. Honestly though, I can't see a big moment happening in KH3 outside of the final boss fight. Or the return of Terra.

All she's really doing is shredding. It's fast and clean...but not musically impressive. Sure, I wish I could play like that but it's not very interesting. When I started to learn how to play guitar I was so easily wooed by all these shredders until I realized how much better a guitarist sounds when they think...well, musically rather than trying to show off technical ability.

Skip ahead about 13 minutes for lots of info on the game and never before seen concept art! It's pretty cool to see how different the game could have turned out to be.

*takes glasses off* My God. Watch Dogs is beautiful on PC. I'm tempted to burn all my money on a high-end PC just for this.

The majority of hardcore Final Fantasy fans hate Kingdom Hearts. Oh and the majority of hardcore Final Fantasy fans hate Final Fantasy("Final Fantasy __ ruined the series!") so...nobody can really take their opinion over anything seriously. Most of my friends from back in high school loved Kingdom Hearts. So I didn't really know anyone personally who hated it.

This should be the new catchphrase for Watch Dogs.

Anyways, that's the only game I'm looking forward to next month but on the topic of FFXIV...well, I'd like to play it but with the few MMOs I've played...I lose interest quickly because grinding takes so long and combat's usually slow even for the faster paced ones. Maybe one day I'll pick it up.

"Are we even making a dent in their numbers?"

"I don't know. I'll ask them to stop trying to kill us so I can make a headcount." Seemingly annoyed by his comment Soren stabbed his black blade into the ground. Columns of dust exploded from the earth around them with tremendous force leaving nothing but scattered remains of demons. Henrik brushed the dirt off his tattered coat and sighed at his son's excessive use of power. Normal fathers bonded with their sons over fishing trips, cars, or even girls...but this was what he had to settle for. Although, if he had not believed Soren was capable of holding his own he would have never allowed him to fight. Another day they might try to be "normal" perhaps but that day would have to wait.

"Then why are we wasting our time? We should be going after the source."

"And while we're doing that many would die here." Already demons were upon them again as they spoke. Henrik drew his obsidian blade to use alongside Nakah. Whether or not Soren responded to him he did not know as they were back to fighting once more. Henrik made sure to avoid using his own powers to keep from draining himself. They did not need to work quickly for as long as they could pace themselves they would surely be able to outlast the demons that continued to charge them.

As he cut down everything that crossed his blades' path Soren would often appear in the corner of his vision before vanishing in a faint trail of mist, making quick work of everything he encountered. You need to tell the boy to slow down. It's not a contest. Though Henrik agreed with the angel he refused to do anything about it. Instead, he made sure to keep an eye out in case his son grew careless.

"What's taking you? If you were faster we'd probably be done by now."

"And you'd be asking for more of them."

"...Maybe...It's the only thing I'm good at."

Anna followed behind Iris, eyeing the boy they brought along. A simple glance at his eyes told her that even though he was one of them he was entirely different to them. For instance, his eyes did not hold the same kind of intensity or fire as her brother's nor were they as piercing as Cal's. Maybe it was because his life, despite only being a few days, had been so much easier than their own. He had not been born in Hell. He did not possess the same kind of power the Dark Angels did.

Now that her thoughts went back to her brother, Anna could not help but feel guilty at how she had treated him and the others. She had left them to be with her father and mother with little thought about them. She was so eager to get out of Hell that she had forgotten... Anna decided to apologize the next time she saw them. She knew how upset her brother was about it.

"Hi there, do you have room for one more?"

Anna shook her head and blinked, looking at the person who spoke to Milo. It was one of the...humans? Anna had no idea there were any others there outside of her mother. After a moment of fighting between Milo and Iris, the man decided to let the girl (apparently named Alice) come along. Anna waved timidly at the raven-haired girl, staying close to the other nephilim child.

It wasn't long before they arrived to the mean man's flying thingy. Milo mumbled something to the pilot about bringing "bringing the big one" but the one that came looked plenty big enough to her. Luckily when they entered, Milo went to the front of the thing where the pilot was. When Anna asked Iris about it she told her that Milo was going to be "co-pilot". At least it meant not having him around them for the trip. Anna decided to pass the time by playing with Reuben to keep his mind off his own mother.

Well then. At least things seem to have been taken care of with the officer who filed it being suspended and the charges being dropped. What really nailed that story was the fingerprinting of the kid...while sitting on his grandfather's lap.

"That's enough, Soren!" Henrik caught the drawn back arm of his son which was bloodied and surrounded with the black mist. "It's dead." Allowing his son to stay behind was a terrible idea but the boy refused to leave. Admittedly, Henrik admired the boy's determination. There was nothing that could separate him from the other nephilim. Even so, his anger was apparent.

"How could you let that man live? After everything he's done. You told me he even threatened mother." Soren pulled away from Henrik's grasp and stepped away from the obliterated demon.

"And I don't want you being consumed by anger."

    "We both know I could-"

"Kill him? And then what? Kill the next person who crosses you? When would it end? Just because Araquiel's powers are within you does not mean you are meant to be like him." Soren nodded slowly and muttered something that almost sounded like an apology. Henrik watched as another wave of demons began to approach. "And I was just beginning to catch my breath."

"Tired already? If you want to nap I can take care of things from here."

Henrik raised an eyebrow and chuckled at the enthusiasm in Soren's voice. "I'm no nephilim. Besides, I might be getting too old for this." He lied, knowing he was far from being old. The fact was that he had simply allowed Araquiel to push his body too far when it came to training Soren. Henrik had not been easy on himself either during the times he had control.

"Do you think they'll be safe?"

"Yeah. We'll see them when this is all over, trust me. Everything's going to be alright, Soren." Henrik spoke confidently as he readied his blade to fight once more alongside his son.

A knock came to Hana's door. Milo didn't want to do this but given the fact that a certain blonde was pressuring him into it along with that blonde's nephilim child that could probably kill him... "Are you alive in there?" This would not have happened if he had chosen to leave earlier. Unlike the others, his skillset was not suited for fighting and neither was Armaros's. Besides, he had gotten in little to none training this whole time. Milo had no intentions of dying in a pathetic little desert town like this so he made the only choice he could make. Get very far away from everyone and side with whoever was still alive by the end of this. And it would have worked out so well if that woman hadn't caught him in his attempt to flee.

"I don't like the idea of dragging you two along but why do I have to add another unwanted guest?"

"Because it's the right thing to do."

"Right thing? Just like it's the right thing for you to leave while your son and hus-"

"Shut it. You don't get to talk about my family." Iris snapped at him. Her daughter, whatever that kid's name was, had been glaring at him the entire time. ...What a trusting family they seemed to be.

"It's not safe for your child to be here anymore. I'm taking Anna with me to leave this place." Milo sighed. This kind of sentimentality was exactly why he avoided children. Their mothers were the worst. "There's still room for two more." Again Milo wondered why Iris wanted to help this other woman out. Was it because a child was involved? Why would one mother care about another's kid? Of course, Milo didn't care enough to ask. He just wanted to be rid of this place as soon as possible.
