Last year I finished so fast that Castle Oblivion was taken down(after I finished) and reopened because the last floor had no password. Still had time to do that last floor just to be totally legit. KHV, get on my level. Now where's a ridiculously overconfident Sephiroth gif when I need one? In all seriousness, I still had fun. Just like blitzing through the thing.
I've finished first yet again. What is this? Three or four years in a row?
Immediately got stuck on the clue to floor two. Unless I'm looking at the wrong character it feels like the password is messed up.
6 CDs. 2 DVDs(I'll be rebuying one of these because I already had plans to buy a Blu-Ray version). A Texan-themed stainless steel flask. A Jon Snow keychain...that's going to stay in his little box. A Batman watch and a regular watch. And...my parents thought it would be a fun idea to get me and my brother a rock-em-sock-em robots type toy. @_@ I'll be honest, it was fun. I won four out of five times against my family.
Even I wouldn't buy that PS4. It's...just underwhelming. Maybe if it didn't have the "Final Fantasy Type-0" bit on the side it'd look better. Or just the black "Reishiki" (the two Japanese characters there) on the middle of the console. At least this is the first Final Fantasy with an M rating! Given how the bloody intro of the game and the fact that finishing off enemies with a fire spell burns them to a crisp(leaving them black upon death), I'm not surprised.
More footage of the town: And a lengthy interview from Tabata over the new stuff we've seen today: Spoiler Source: Kotaku
Here is a decent list of games released in 2014. I don't have a list of 10. I've played more than 10 games but I really don't feel like some of them deserve a mention. I guess I haven't played too many games either. 1. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor - Super fun intense violence. The nemesis system is great. Losing to an orc, having that orc taunt you for dying or running away, then dealing sweet revenge is extremely satisfying. Considering how many stolen elements from other games are here, I'm hoping to see another franchise steal the nemesis system. 2. Bravely Default - I wasn't sure what I was in for when I bought this. Happy to see that the characters were great and the story was enjoyable enough to keep me going through this game despite it's weak second half. 3. Kingdom Hearts HD II.5 Remix - A remaster of the best games in the series? All the awesome. All of it. Replace Coded with KH3D and this would have been perfect. 4. Watch_Dogs - Despite the whole graphics uproar that happened when the release for this game drew near, it was still immensely fun. You're basically Batman. Using technology to take down bad guys without even having to be nearby. How did that transformer blow up and black out the city? Because I'm Batman. 5. Octodad: Dadliest Catch - Octodad is way too amusing and silly to not be on this list. It's just one of those games that exists to frustrate you and make you feel warm inside all at once. 6. Assassin's Creed Unity - It has its problems. Social chests and the need for companion apps to get rewards was a bad move on Ubisoft's part. Take that away though and you still have a beautiful game that's fun to play with friends. Especially if you try to stealth your way through a mission. 7. Five Nights at Freddy's - The novelty of the jump scare wears off after a while but during those first few moments, it's pretty intense.
Oh look, a female character with goggles revealed in V Jump. Also, a city! Hopefully we can run over pedestrians in the car.
First scene didn't sound so great. My thoughts were "oh great. Bad voice acting" but the rest of the trailer turned me around. Noctis's voice is a bit deeper than I thought it'd be. I was expecting him to say "I'm Batman" at any second.
Preorder here. The collector's edition is awesome. Unfortunately it doesn't come with the full soundtrack. Fortunately for me, I bought it just after Type-0 originally came out. Definitely getting this though.
I read the Bartimaeus Trilogy several years back. I loved it. The hierarchy of spirits was really cool. So, naturally I'm fond of that idea.
Being the biggest Type-0 fan here I'd love to see Machina, Rem, and Ace show up in KH3. The other 11 characters don't really need to show up. They're less important. I really doubt Type-0 would show up though. Until recently most people didn't even know of its existence...and Type-0 is easily one of the darkest Final Fantasy games ever made so it'd be hard having that stuck into KH3 without ruining the game's theme. Obviously the only way Type-0 is getting into KH3 is the same way any other Final Fantasy character gets in. Stick them in an original world or a Disney one with only their base personalities in tact. Everything else gets scrapped.
Source To be released in 2015. Set in 19th century London. I'll be updating this post soon. Link above contains a lot of info.
Hoping it's a new Mana game. Though it probably isn't. I wonder if it's a new IP(there were threads about RPGs Square was making but no info ever came out) or if it's FFXVI(please be excite). Also, when is "Decemember"?
This or I don't care what Capcom has to offer. Unless it's Mega Man X9(which will never ever happen). I want to Dogma some Dragons again.
As he expected, the gym was empty. He checked his pocket watch to be sure of the time before placing the piece back in his coat. Lunch had just ended and no students would be coming in at this hour. The last thing anyone wanted was to have students taking a hit to the gut on a full stomach. He looked around, seeing no signs of Rose. Perhaps it was time he helped her update her workout routine. As it was, it just appeared to be lackluster. Having no other reason to stay in the gym, as it was far too small for him to put his powers to good use, he turned and left. Knowing the gym had been left undamaged by Rose and her meager thing that she called training Soren decided his time would be better spent returning to his own training. There were times where he could barely consider what he did on his free time "training". It was true that a large portion of both day and night were spent on becoming stronger, faster, and refining his skill but he was much more capable than displaying sheer brute force. Research was what consumed the remainder of his time leaving him little for doing more than being able to offer a distracted acknowledgement of the existence of those who bumped into him. He checked the time once more, taking a quick glance at the mirror embedded in the cover before closing the watch before the image fully formed leaving a faint streak of gold in its wake. As Soren returned the watch back to his pocket he remembered that just by doing this he was wasting valuable time. Walking. He had faster ways of getting around than that. Soren was ready to teleport when familiar sounds from the outside reached his ears. The sound of combat was something that had been a constant throughout his life. It took no effort for him to conceal himself from the sight of the two young angels sparring childishly. While he could have put a stop to it at any moment Soren felt that it was better to leave the two to get it out of their system. A few bruises were good for the soul. Of course, the damage the two caused by the end of their skirmish was still inexcusable. There were better places to handle displays of ego. Like the gym. "Gut gemacht." Soren spoke in an amused tone as he eyed the cracks in the ground, seemingly appearing out of thin air. "If you two wanted to play all you had to do was go to the gym. Then this," He gestured towards the damage they had done, "would not have happened. Pick yourselves up and get to where you need to be." He turned his head to motion for the two to leave. "Dra bort. Walk it off. That should be enough punishment for you. Don't count on me to be in this good of a mood if you try fighting outside again."

No.
Apparently I belong in Jersey?
I stab people when I'm in the same room as them for too long. Why do people find this weird? (And why do they ask me to stop?) Seriously though, I eat eggs for dinner. Everyone tells me that's a breakfast food. No. No it isn't. :c
Anna watched as what little remained of her napkin continued to shrink as a dark flame ate at the paper which soon left nothing but a floating purple ember that disappeared quickly in moments. She rubbed her hands together and leaned back in her seat, her eyes fixed on the chipped corner of the century old wooden desk she sat behind. It had belonged to her mother. The damage done to it was by her father when he was trying to get it fitted in her office. As her mother told the story, her father was too stubborn to allow anyone else to help him move it which only resulted in him smashing it against...something. Anna couldn't remember if it was against a door frame or something else. She never had the chance to speak with her father about such mundane things. Luckily for her, Soren was more careful than their father when it came to moving furniture. Despite the fact that she had the strength to do it herself Anna thought it would have been more amusing to get her brother to do it for her. He wasn't amused but even his sore attitude about it brought her amusement. She pulled her finger away from the smoothed-over broken corner and eyed the faded picture sitting at the far side of her desk. Anna lifted the old picture and smiled to herself. It was old, far too old, and at that moment the only thought that came to her mind concerned the one who took the picture. No matter how hard she tried to recall that day she could not remember who was the photographer. At that time there were only six nephilim in existence. Five were in the picture. "The camera would need to pull back to take that picture now." She tilted the frame as she stared at it. "Soren would need to stand at the back." She mused. Having finished her lunch in private she left her office, shutting the door behind her. With time to spare before lunch ended she decided to drop by back at the gym hoping to find her brother still there. Stepping out of the black mist, Anna arrived instantly at the gym finding it occupied by one person who was not her brother. "Sorry for barging in on you." Anna spoke to the blonde who was currently doing crunches. It hadn't been the first time she saw Rose here but every time she missed her brother and ran into Rose instead she felt bad, as if she was interrupting something very important. Rose seemed so focused when she was working out. It reminded her a little of her brother.
