Please don't tell me this has been posted somewhere else before. Took this person 4 months to do it. So beautiful. I'd sacrifice you all as tribute in order to make a continuation of the show in this style a reality. ;-;
No. Spoiler Spoiler Tesoro master race. Brown switches are where it's at. It's harder to find the Tesoro Evil(black)/Saint(not black) keyboards but all Tesoro's keyboards are mechanical and look damn cool. I've got the Saint and brushed aluminum feels so good. Plus none of the letters on the board will fade because they're not "inked in" like a lot of keyboards. A really neat feature comes in the form of the little rubber stands to angle your board. You can have it flat, slightly angled, or more angled. My keyboard is probably one of the best constructed pieces of hardware I've ever owned. I could bash a door down with it and it wouldn't even dent. ...Well maybe it would but dammit that door would go down.
From Patrice Désilets, the guy who was the creative lead of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and who created the Assassin's Creed franchise. Source: Kotaku Not sure how exciting this is yet but considering that this is from the guy who was behind Sands of Time it just might be amazing. Maybe. Won't know until gameplay shows up.
Dat Drop F. Noodling around with new strings.
Except this kind of stuff is what keeps all our satellites from spiraling out of orbit. This is the important stuff. Plus the calculations literally take less than a minute for them to make.
Only came here to say one thing. Pffft undergrads. And that those are some weird times for a schedule. What kind of backwards place ends a class at 2:05?
Well Famitsu had an interview with Nomura and here's a summary of it: Source No "new" characters seems pretty vague. It at least means there won't be newly created characters showing up in FFVII Remake but I don't think it excludes the possibility of characters showing up that weren't in the original game or getting more screentime. Like Zack. Or even Genesis(doubt it though). And, as expected, gameplay's going to change but nobody knows how much. As (mostly) fun as ATB is, I wouldn't be against something closer to an ARPG. Or, even better, something closer to Secret of Mana's battle system. Even today that system is damn revolutionary and I'm sad that more games haven't used it. Basically it's an ARPG with a cooldown timer for each attack. You can attack before the cooldown even finishes...cooling down but it results in a weaker attack. It's like ATB, but better in every way. And it was a SNES game dammit.
Still don't understand why Bumblebee was turned into a "cool" character. Hot Rod existed for exactly that purpose.
This is more amusing than 99% of the things posted here. Bravo.
Well nobody can deny that the Confederacy and its flags were a huge part of the US's history but aside from that, nobody should ever be proud of having that as part of their heritage. Honestly, I see raising that flag as some kind of minor(if such a thing exists) form of treason. It belongs in display cases not flag on flag poles. I don't think I've ever once seen the flag raised here but I do live in the most "liberal" part of Texas. Though I have seen some of my neighbors raise flags from whatever sports team their supporting. Which is almost as stupid but at least it's not all about supporting the ideals the Confederacy held. If you live in the US and want to raise a flag, then raise the good ol' stars and stripes. If you want to raise another country's flag then that's fine I guess(though if the US flag is there too don't ever put it above the US one. Rules, huh?). The Confederacy wasn't even recognized as a country. It's a recognized symbol of racism and ideals that the US has put behind. Despite all the racism that still exists today we've made progress. Pretending that the Confederacy is something anyone should be proud about is just mocking everything our society is striving towards. tl;dr: Let's host a Confederate Flag burning celebration. Drinks are on me. In exchange for money.
If they have a release date in mind, it can't be something ridiculously far away like late 2017. Pretty excited to see a lot of brand new worlds. Fingers crossed for something based off Treasure Planet. Or maybe even The Incredibles if people really want their fix of superheroes for KH3. November needs to come here sooner.
Rejected. For being too awesome. But yeah, edited them in.
I don't want bad musicians touching my couch. :c
Ow. My ears. Need to wash this out with good music.
The Kingdom of Ivalice Oncoming War Houses and Nations Races Magic and the Zodiac Once six warring nations, Ivalice is now one united kingdom, ruled by the monarchy of House Valefor. Though the King rules all of Ivalice from the Iron Throne in the Westerlands, he leaves the affairs of each territory to its Baron, as long as they answer to him. The throne rules with advice from the Church -led by House Zodiark- but the Church takes no part in politics, except for in the Crownlands, where they have full control. Three years ago, the King of Ivalice died from illness, leaving his infant son as the only heir. The Queen and Hand named the Queen's brother Regent to the infant Prince with the three (Queen, Hand, and Regent) ruling in his place until he turns of age. In the wake of the King's death, House Ragnarok made a claim for the Iron Throne, asserting that their Baron is a possible heir. With tensions on both sides rising, Zodiark and the Church of Andalos have stayed away from the politics, promoting a "spiritual peacetime" throughout Ivalice. The Five Houses of Ivalice -Valefor, Ragnarok, Anima, Dahaka, and Zodiark- each have dominion over one of the six regions of Ivalice. The Iron Throne sits in the Westerlands and the House in rule has dominion over that region as well as its own. Each region is led by its House's own Baron, but all Barons must ultimately answer to the throne. The 7 Races of Ivalice are spread throughout the kingdom, but each House tends to be predominantly one or two Races. Valefor - "We are Justice" With dominion over Winterfell, House Valefor has been in rule of Ivalice for three generations. After the King's death, Valefor was left with an infant heir to the throne. The Queen has named her brother Regent of the throne, tasking him with watching over her son. The Regent, the Queen, and the Hand currently rule Ivalice as a trinity. While Winterfell is House Valefor's home domain, Ivalician laws dictate that the ruling House must rule from the Westerlands, giving Valefor two domains. Winterfell is forever covered in snow, though full-on blizzards are uncommon. Most of Winterfell's colonies are modest in nature, built from stone and wood. Winterfell lies south of the Wall and is thus tasked with the Wall's upkeep. The Iron Throne rests in the Westerlands, with the castle right in the center. The Westerlands have the densest population and its buildings are all stone. Ragnarok - "The End is Nigh" Presiding over the Stormlands, House Ragnarok's roots are tied with the old faith. While most of Ragnarok follows the Church of Andalos, its ruling family believes that, as the Cataclysm ended the old faith, a new disaster will inevitably end the current faith. Its Baron is the late King's cousin and, after the King's death, has made a claim to the throne since the Prince is too young. The mountainous Stormlands were named after the constant thunderstorms that ravage the land. Zodiark - "Chosen by the Stars" Survivors of the old faith rebuilt the Crownlands after the Cataclysm and re-branded themselves as House Zodiark. Devout followers of St. Ajora, Zodiark has shaped the religion around him and guides Ivalice in spiritual matters. Though they are heavily in charge of the Church, Zodiark only advices the throne and never steps into politics, allowing the ruling family complete control of the kingdom. Zodiark's Baron also appoints the High Judge of the Church from their immediate family. A forest-covered region devastated by the Cataclysm, the Crownlands' colonies are built around the region's plentiful ruins. Anima - "Unrelenting Force" The Cataclysm destroyed most of Ivalice's technology and the resources capable of rebuilding it. However, the scraps that were left were scavenged and utilized by House Anima on Iron Island. Though the technological remnants have been spread sparsely throughout Ivalice, the majority of it has been under Anima's control. Their military utilizes guns, tanks, and the kingdom's only working airship. Anima's Baron is chosen from their greatest tacticians. Iron Island is the most technologically-advanced region, steampunk in nature, and several of its buildings are built from steel. Ivalice's single airship docks on the island's eastern point. Dahaka - "Truth in Blood" Due to the Mad King's summoning of the Ancient Demon ~6000 years ago, House Dahaka suffers from a bad reputation. The Dahaka are the fiercest warriors in Ivalice and are known for having the highest body count in any war. They resolve all issues by combat, including the Baron's election. Dorne is a barren land, composed of rocky terrain and deserts. The Jagd and the Wall - The North of Winterfell is covered in very dense snow-covered forests. The Cie'th roam throughout the North and, due to their threat, the Wall was built to keep them out of Ivalice's regions. Thus, no region nor the throne claims dominion over the North, leaving it a lawless land dubbed the "Jagd." Most of the Auri were north of Ivalice when the Wall was constructed, leaving them stranded amongst the Cie'th to form a society of their own. The six Races of Ivalice are, save for the Auri, spread evenly throughout the kingdom and its five Houses. Though racism is a thing of the past, there is an implied social hierarchy leaving Humes on top. Hume - Your average-human like Race, Humes have well-rounded magical, mental, and physical capabilities. They are outclassed by the other Races magically and physically, but their adaptability makes them extremely versatile. Humes are dominant in Houses Valefor and Zodiark. Ronso - The Ronso can be found mostly in House Dahaka. Large and muscular (the tallest stand at 7 feet), they prefer to live in mountainous areas. Ronso have a feline-like appearance, giving them paws instead of feet and claws as well. They have lion-like tails and some are even covered in fur. Unlike the females, males grow a single horn. It is a disgrace to have one's horn cut off or broken. All Ronso have an innate strong sense of honor, loyalty, and pride...as well as a quick temper. Elezen - Tall, slender, and fair. The Elezen have tanned skin. They possess greater magic than the other Races, as well as a greater sense of pride. They are slightly orderly and aloof. Their inner magic gives them enhanced hearing and keen eyesight. Elezen are prominent in House Ragnarok. Viera - The Viera are recognizable by their silver hair and rabbit-like ears. Their hearing is very sensitive, but their eyesight is very keen. Lean and tall, like the Elezen, the Viera are very agile and tend to take all matters seriously. They tend to function more from an objective standpoint, treating most situations like business. Unlike the other Races, Viera are not prominent in any single House, but are spread evenly throughout Ivalice. Miqo'te - Miqo'te have more animal features than the other Races, giving them heightened senses and more powerful leg muscles. Very cunning, clever, and intelligent, the Miqo'te rule House Anima and are the most experienced with ancient technologies. They have the lowest magical potential out of all Races. Au Ra - Plural is Auri(Ow-Ree). They possess curved horns, a lizard-like tail, and patterned scales as well as enhanced hearing and spatial recognition granted by their horns. The males are much larger than the females, but wingless. The female Auri possess small wings allowing them to fly over short distances, but are smaller than the Auri men. After the Cataclysm, the Auri were unfortunately left in the North. They hate the rest of Ivalice for this. Due to having to survive in the Jagd and fight off the Cie'th, the Auri are extremely fierce. Male Auri prefer to fight with magic, while females prefer steel. Magic is governed by the changing signs of the stars. Being born at any time leads one to be under one of the 12 Zodiacs which, in turn, shape the powers the child will be blessed with. Ifrit - The sign of Fire. Those born under Ifrit's sign are gifted with his element and fierce magic. Shiva - The sign of Blizzard. Those born under Shiva's sign are granted her grace and her Blizzard element. Ixion - The sign of Thunder. Power over the Thunder elemental and great speed describes those born under Ixion's sign. Leviathan - The sign of Water. The fluous nature of Leviathan and his element of Water are what is granted to those born under his sign. Titan - The sign of Earth. Being born under the sign belonging to Titan grants the element of Earth and magic of strength. Bahamut - The sign of Aero. Under the sign of Bahamut, one is blessed with his element over Aero and his agile magic. Carbuncle - The sign of Light. With dominion over Light and holy power, those born under Carbuncle's sign are blessed with these gifts. Diablos - The sign of Darkness. Power over Darkness and reign of the night, those born under Diablos's sign are granted these powers. Fenrir - The sign of Metal. Under Fenrir's sign one is born with power over Metal and magics of unmatched fortitude. Zeromus - The sign of Gravity. Born under Zeromus's sign, one is gifted with the weight of his element and intimidating power. Phoenix - The sign of the Trance. Those born under Phoenix's sign are born with the Trance, enhancement magic of the body. Midgardsormr - The sign of Blood. Under Midgardsormr's sign one is blessed with power over Blood, the draining magics. RULES 1. No Godmodding/Power Playing. 2. No characters from the Final Fantasy/Game of Thrones series. 3. A fine warrior, Vali rose to fame when the King was attacked by a group of assassins in the middle of the night. Armed only with his dagger and bedclothes, Vali was able to take out the entire group of armed and armored rebels without a scratch. After this incident, he became the King's personal bodyguard and earned the nickname "Ser Duskblade." He was named Godfather to the infant Prince and was heartbroken when the King died, giving his eulogy. Afterwards, the Queen named her brother Regent to the Prince, tasking him with guarding, teaching, and serving the Prince until he comes of age to properly rule. As Regent, he rules over Ivalice with his sister, the Queen, and the throne's advisor, the Hand. Name: Perseus Lark Age: 23 Appearance: Clix Race: Hume House: Winterfell Occupation: Monk Gear: Knuckles on his left hand and guards on both feet. Sign: Phoenix Bio: Perseus was born to a farmer in Winterfell. As a young child, he was burdened with questions about the world, questions that he couldn't answer on a farm. As he grew, he buried himself in books, trying to find real answers to the philosophical questions that plagued him such as the true nature of man, the philosophies of society, and the workings of the inner mind. Unable to come up with anything besides more questions, the young commoner decided to gain a new perspective by seeing something new. To that end, he decided to join the Night's Watch, not because he believed wholeheartedly in their mission, but for a chance to partake in a scouting party outside of the Wall. Though he succeeded in his ventures, his group was attacked by Cie'th, leaving him as the only survivor. He managed to make it back to the Wall, but realized that he now suffered from something horrible. Afraid of being cursed, he tried everything to cure himself, but nothing worked. Desperate, he ventured back into the Jagd, this time without the Watch's permission, and met an Auri that helped him suppress the curse. While there, Perseus found something that troubled him. After his mother's death, Ulric's faith faltered slightly, and the young Summoner changed his focus to becoming a knight for the throne's army, a more respectable position in his family's eyes. To that end, he enrolled in the Westerlands' Academy of Magickal Arts. Due to graduate this year, Ulric now realizes that if war does break out, he'll be on the frontlines. He grew into an outlaw, selling his skills as a mercenary to anyone and everyone...as long as the price was right. He earned a reputation for doing anything at all, as long as the client met his price. Sign: Midgardsormr Bio: Prior to his rise to lordship, Roshan had an exceptionally well-distinguished military career as well as three years spent in Dorne's council under the service of his Baron. Roshan earned his place as Baron by killing his predecessor as well two competitors for the title. As was tradition, his surname changed from Azi to Azi-Dahaka. Working her way through the streets with thievery, luck, and charm, she managed to establish herself as the assistant to a local band of mercenaries. Her first act was to take a one year contract that would take her far away from her native Dorne and into the unknown of the Westerlands. Now, as her contract begins to reach its end, she turns her sights onto what she should do next.....and making sure she gets paid the rest of her share. Darias was raised primarily by his father, a higher ranking member of House Valefor. His mother and father once raised him together, but a month after he turned two, his mother and father split up and he hasn't seen her since. Of course, since he was so young, he has no clear memory of her; just a few vague sights and smells. His father doesn't like to talk about her, so Darias knows very little about his own mother. All his father told him was that his mother is a peasant girl that he met when he once traveled across Ivalice. Other than that, he knows nothing about her. Darias's entire childhood was spent sheltered in a castle. He was never even allowed to go into the city. His only window to the outside world was his books and maps. So, as one could imagine, he read a lot. And it was through this reading that he learned about the summoning arts. After reading about some famous summoners, he decided that was what he wanted to be. Throughout his teens, he was trained by a hired summoner in the arts. Now, he is into his 20's and a man in his own right. Now, he has decided to go out and see the world and find the answers he has been looking for. Now Amelia plans to leave Ragnarok and travel around Ivalice in an attempt to learn what it takes to be a great healer herself.
Yo momma. OOOOHHHH SICK BURN. I was just curious. I was considering adding more original games to this list...but to be honest it's pretty silly to believe they'd deserve spots over something like KH3 or the FFVII remake. KH3 was honestly one of the best looking things I've ever seen. Dem huge worlds. Dat twisted grass.
I could only include so many things before the poll became unreasonable. Go go gadget vote!
The game was in development before the PC port to the PS4 was announced. Source
