Going to include albums I've received as gifts as well. I need to stop buying CDs to use that money for new gear. >> Animals as Leaders - "Animals As Leaders: Encore Edition" Spoiler The first album of Animals as Leaders with new artwork, a digital-only song that's now on CD, and two unreleased songs. This is the band I associate with the word "virtuosity". Currently they're made up of two guitarists and a drummer and they've essentially perfected the method of filling soundspace with intense technical skill, interesting rhythms, and musicality. Heavy, lively, jazzy, sexy, and subtle all at once. Whenever they play live it seems like the only mistakes they make are done on purpose so no one will suspect that they are actually gods of music. Or robots who have gained sentience and a need for music. Periphery - "Juggernaut: Alpha" Spoiler More prog metal. Heavier than AAL along with a singer that sometimes sounds like he could have come straight out of Linkin Park. The songs on this album are super catchy. Periphery - "Juggernaut: Omega" Spoiler Part two of Periphery's Juggernaut album. Heavier than Alpha and I find myself skipping more songs than I did on Alpha. But dat outro on Omega. I love it when songs make callbacks to other songs. Maybe that's why I like Periphery so much. They do that kind of thing so well. Periphery - "Icarus Lives EP" Spoiler Not sure how or why this EP came into existence. It's mostly filled with remixes of their song "Icarus Lives". Lots of electronic stuff here. Catchy and interesting but I wouldn't call it the best electronic music I've ever heard. I don't regret buying this at all though. The Contortionist - "Language" Spoiler More prog metal. A more...different flavor to the other prog metal albums I have in my collection. Really cool despite the production values needing to be upped a little. Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Soundtrack Spoiler Bought the original soundtrack a long time ago about the time Type-0 came out. The HD version is definitely, on the whole, the superior version. Drums have lots of kick to them. Guitars punch through. Everything just feels so much more alive and I had thought that there was no need for the original OST to be updated because it was so good. I'm glad it was now. Plus it came with some extra goodies! Blu-Ray videos(still have yet to watch) and an album from Takeharu Ishimoto's(the composer) band The Death March which includes remixes from TWEWY, Before Crisis, Dissidia, and Crisis Core(Price of Freedom with lyrics!). Oh, and it contains music from Final Fantasy Agito and a great case that acts and looks like a book. Another plus.
Duplicate account found. You've just outed yourself. Assume the position and await the banhammer.
Long enough for people to forget that everyone hated him.
At Gamescon from August 5th to 9th there will be several Let's Play stage shows of the game as well as a Q&A with the development team on the 6th, 7th, and 8th. Though the chances are very slim for a 2015 release...here's hoping for one. Click here for schedule. Click here for the livestream.
When I think "hero" I think comic books. When I think comic books I think Boy Wonder.
Genuinely surprised I'm not here. Maybe I was overqualified. That's a relief. Oh wait...
Voted for Bro Wonder. Because dammit he will make comics. Eventually. Right @Boy Wonder ?
So the $1 million mark is now for a PS4 release with hints of other console releases if Red Ash funds more. Unfortunately, it seems the game won't get funded at all. It's sitting at a meager $456k out of the $800k needed to fund it. With 10 days left to go. Oh and that animation for Red Ash? It's only raised $86k out of $150k with 10 days left too. The people have spoken. They do not want a successor to Mega Man Legends. Of course, there's not really been any kind of demo gameplay videos at all so I'm sure that's been a big factor...but even so, all the concept art looked amazing. Maybe Capcom really was right when they cancelled MML3 stating a lack of fan support? Or maybe this project was just handled really poorly.
The game got a surprise release. Meaning more classic Markiplier funtimes. If there's ever another one it should be called FNAF5: That Horror Game Markiplier Screams At...No Not That One.
There will be a sequel. It will be significant. So, recently, Steve Oedekerk announced there'd be a sequel to this movie. 13 years is a long time to wait and I hope it's worth it. Kung Pow has remained my favorite comedy ever since it released. And now, finally, there will be a sequel. Unfortunately, there's no information other than the fact that it's in the works. Source
Apparently it wasn't planned to be a reference to him. But considering how obvious it was given their choice of wording...it's hard to believe that it was just a coincidence. Yeah. There was. I'm wondering if Marvel is going to be doing this more now. I remember it happened in Big Hero 6.
Dat 3:06 solo. So smooth. So sexy.
