Callen let out a laugh. "No I don't look like the type, do I? Kinda funny though. I'm pretty sure I couldn't use it yesterday." Callen unleashed another two blasts. OOC: When Shadows are wounded, their wounds crystallize and shatter. They don't vanish.
.... wait I have another Idea. I'm going to have Scar beat on Jessie now that Jessie is bummed.

Callen raised his eyebrows as he watch the area, where the shadow was hit, crystallize and shatter. "Ooooooo nice. Don't think I can d- Whoa, heads up!" Callen ducked a blow aimed at his head. "Hmm... lets see..." Callen punched a blast of lineve through the Shadow's stomach. "There we go, close enough."
ok, so she uses elemental magic right.
OOC: He's fun to rp as. "I'm working on it." Callen said with a grin as he tried to make a fighting stance that looked just as cool as Surren's.
Callen took off after her. "Glad to see you understand." Callen said with a nervous laugh. Callen ran with all his might but stopped when his path was block by a dozen shadows that appeared from nowhere. "Seriously!? Are they seriously allowed to do that? That's like totally unfair. Can I do that? Nooooo. But can they do that? Yeeeeeesssssss. Not cool man. Not cool."
This encounter between Callen and the Princess may end up being amusing. :D
Callen ran in place. he didn't like the idea of stopping. "Uhhhh..... Perhaps we could save this for a better time and place." He said while motioning to the Shadows that were chasing him. "You see those things? They kinda want me dead..... yeah....."
Without stopping, Callen grabbed the girl's hand. "No time to talk. run run run run." Callen looked behind him. At least three dozen shadows were chasing after him. "Oh come on! Why do they want me? What did I ever do to deserve this? Well..... bad question actually...." Callen then turned his head to the girl. He completely forgot about her. "By the way, the name's Callen. Nice to meet you, beautif-" Callen's eyes widened in recognization. This was the girl whose room he woke up in. Crap, crap, crap, crap!

Callen finished off the two shadows and looked to his left. He wanted to get out of this place. A dozen shadows were approaching from the left. on of them pointed at Callen. "Damn. Gotta run." Callen ran to his right At least that way was clear. This may be cowardly but at least he would survive to live another day.
