Deep in the New York City, there was a laboratory that was researching on how to give powers to humans. They experimented on children, eventually perfecting the power drug. Many children's lives were lost in the name of this experiment. The children, enraged, stole the drug and injected themselves with it. They destroyed the lab and all of the scientists. The president knew the seriousness of the situation and appointed the world's most elite fighting force, G-Men to hunt down and kill the children. Will the children find freedom and true happiness? Or, will the G-Men succeed in hunting them down.
