Same. There's been enough bull to go around on both sides. A lot of people have forgotten the meaning of professionalism. You don't start talking smack about someone you work with behind their backs with other people you work with. At the same time, the way punishment was handled was just plain poor and there's no excuse for that behavior either.

The rest of the site devolving to the level of children with the amount of flaming going is also in poor taste.

The effect on the first one looks a little too out of place and extreme. The white outline from the bevel and emboss just doesn't work well Imo. The second one looks sleek, sexy, and ready to blend in with anything. It's really hard to go wrong with drop shadow.

Hoped for a "get better taste in music" punchline. Sadface.
